#SWAGALERT : Peg Perego by Polaris ATV’s!

SWAGpegperegoATV

We just love Peg Perego’s adorable and very much life-like line of ride on toys.  Recently though, they decided to PINK IT UP a little!  We of course had to be there for that!

Peg Perego has again partnered with Polaris (Yes, the same Polaris that makes the mommy and daddy sized toys!) and they’ve come up with every little princesses’ absolute dream of a ride.  It’s called the Polaris Trail Princess and it is actually a pretty serious little piece of equipment.

The Trail Princess is a high performance rechargeable battery powered 12 volt 2-speed kid friendly all terrain vehicle.  (Wow that was a mouth-full.)   Oh, and don’t laugh at the ‘high performance’ part either!  This baby goes as fast as 5 mph and even does reverse!  It holds up to two of the kiddos… or one adult, although I’m NOT mentioning any names here though for my dear husband’s sake… Would a pink kids ATV harm his image?  I think not;).  As a father of two girls, this is a perfect toy in his opinion and naturally one would need to try something out before feeling comfortable enough to call it “THE PERFECT TOY”.  I digress.

It has 4 wheel suspension and also a first and second speed with a lock so that you can lock them out of the faster one… if speed becomes an issue, or if they are just too little for that mind-bending five miles per hour.

Got boys?  No problem.  Peg Perego also has the Trail Boss in cool colors that will make those little men happy too!  Click the links in this post to check out their entire line of battery powered vehicles!!!

Best price we found was $339 for either the Trail Princess or the Trail Boss with FREE SHIPPING!  We LOVE Amazon!  That’s a huge savings since these puppies originally retailed at $499… and these puppies also require a lot less work and make less messes.  We most definitely like these puppies as opposed to your traditional Christmas puppy for sure.  I digress again:).

SWAG ALERT:  One lucky winner is going to take one of these puppies home!  Peg Perego is giving one away… maybe to you?  Tell us what you love about them and we’ll enter you in for a chance to win one in your choice of Trail Princess or Trail Boss!!  We’ll even try our best to get it to your door before Christmas!

You know how it works and what to do.  This SWAG ALERT will be open until we say so.  Good luck to all and have fun with our newest ways to gain EXTRA ENTRIES!!!

EXTRA ENTRIES for this SWAG ALERT:

Make sure to enter all EXTRAS as a comment on this post or include the #SWAGALERT hashtag so we can track on Twitter!!  We always want to make sure that we get all of your entries!

Disclosure: We did receive a Trail Princess to try out ourselves.  We
love it!  Also, the links to purchase are through Amazon.com and do
benefit our site if you are so inclined to purchase anything there by
clicking through that link.  It's a great way to support our site and
also get a fantastic deal with free shipping!  Of course it really was
the best deal around that we found too:)!!

I love love love that these can come in pink. My 3 year old princess is so all about the pink. What a great way for her to explore and get dirty, but still feel like royalty doing it!
  • The recall information that Peg Perego offers is really great, it shows that they care about the safety of their customers and not just making money.

Those 4 wheelers are awesome but I also like the mini loader peddler. Peg Perego has some very nice toys to satisfy young boys and girls.

I love that the Trail Boss has a 12V battery (twice what most battery-operated ride-on toys offer) so it has more power for the older kids, and room for two to ride safely. My kids would LOVE this!

We would like this because it would be a great way to encourage the kids to get out of the house...heck it would encourage me to get out of the house. I like the fact that two kids could ride at a time...it would decrease arguements and "me firsts".

I had a Peg Perego ride on toy when he was little , he is now 14. He loved it! I would love to win the Trail Boss for my nephew. I love that they look like the real thing. I love the forward & reverse and if they are as tough as they were when my son was little than I am sure he can't hurt it.
  • I love the speed control on this. Even though the faster speed doesn't go very fast, it is still great that you can control it for younger children!
  • Lisa R
These babies are awesome because you can ride all over the place especially when you have an acre of land to roam on. There is so many places to go with this in my area as well. My daughter will have a great time with this.

  • I like that these are made in the US, and also that there is actually a pink one, not the typical neutral or boys stuff. I'd hope any daughter/niece/goddaughter of mine would be just as psyched to go ridin' off road.
  • Most kids' toys just get discarded and outgrown so quickly, it would be so great to have one of these so that it could be used for years and years!

I love how on their site if you buy one of their car seats you can give them your name, address, email and the type of car seat that you bought and they will notify you on a recall. I bought my sons crib when I was 6 months pregnant and registered it. Well when he was born they had already recalled them and I had been using mine and then just went out to buy a new one. With this application on the Perego site you just fill out the information just for the recall information. That says alot about a company.
  • I think it's so great that these come in colors for both boys and girls - it seems like traditionally girls would probably have been left out of rough and tumble things like this but not anymore!

The Ducati GP looks like a real little motorcycle. So cute..My son would pretend he was a motorcycle racer..
  • I love the handle on the Cucciolo, that was definitely thought of by someone who was tired of bending down to push their kids when they got tired of pedaling!
  • I didn't realize Peg Perego began back in 1949, that's great that it's withstood the test of time so well - quite a testament to their products!
  • amybrewer
I love that they have instructional downloads and parts that you can order from them. that makes it so much easier because I have a tendency to lose instructions and if I happen to lose a piece of toy it's sometimes hard for me find replacements that are the same thing and name.

  • I absolutely love that this is a family owned company. My daughter would absolutely love the Trail Princess especially since it is in pink! It looks impressive and sturdy which is a must when you are purchasing something that costly for your child. Also this would be so much more welcome in our home than the actual live puppy that my child asked Santa for this year! Way to go Peg Perego for creating every little girls dream machine!
  • I think it's important that Peg Perego lists their recalls right on their website, that makes it easy for parents to head straight there to look for information.

  • This would be the ULTIMATE Christmas present. Looking them over, they look so realistic! And I'm digging the pink ATV :) I definitely appreciate that the battery is rechargeable. But to be honest. I think the biggest selling point is that it is made in the US... That has been a quality we've paid close attention to for Christmas gifts this year. It's good to see companies stimulating the economy here at home instead of in China.
  • Carol
Awesome prize. My son has been wanting this. It looks sturdy so that's what I love about it and the tire look like they could make it through some fun mud! We've had a peg ride on and I love how well they hold up.

I always judge a toy I am going to gift by whether or not I want to play with it myself. This little cutie- now that you told me it could hold an adult- might be very hard to part with. This Polaris is such a confidence building toy, to say nothing of motivating a child to make multiple decisions rather quickly. I just love it...and it comes in pink, too. Great giveaway Thanks.

I love that they care about who will be buying from them. Take a look at this:
"For children with leg disabilities, on demand, the following products can be delivered with manual controls and electric brake: Gaucho, Jeep and Pick-Up"

    Isn't that so cool?

The thing I love most about the Trail Princess is that Peg Perego is taking a typically 'masculine' activity and making it fun for girls! Peg Perego as a company is great for this always making pink options in their line of baby and toddler goods! I was very impressed at the safety aspect of this product as well because to be honest when I first saw it I cringed a little! Then when I read that you can lock it in on the first speed setting it made me feel better about letting a little one ride it. And the fact that two kids can fit on it at once will of course solve the perpetual "it's my turn" battle that we have going on at my house. Of course, they'll be fighting over who gets to drive....

    Awesome looking product!

I like that two can fit, as it would be hard to watch the kids fight over who's turn it is!

    Thanks for the chance.

I love that you can have two children riding on it. They can each take turns driving. The best thing I love about this baby is that...it is so cheap in cost.
  • Wow! These are very life like looking ride on toys. They even make little John Deere Gators. I also really like the cute Vespa.

  • I would love the Trail Princess for my niece. I love that these are "tough" and hold up to the punishment they receive. I also love the looks on the faces of the kiddos when they ride them. It's just priceless

This looks amazing! My daughter is celebrating her 3rd birthday a few days after Christmas, so this would be amazing for either holiday for her! I am so happy to see that peg perego is right on the money by making an awesome atv in pink!

Wow. How cute. We have a little boy but he would love to have one of these. And with over 200 acres of property, he would not run out of places to go.

OOOOO - what an amazing ride-on! I think my little boy would have to fight hubby for it. Love it goes in reverse. Peg Perego gets props for making a high quality sturdy piece of mechanical genius. Love it!

What's not to love. I have two girls and daddy had a big Polaris... so this is a great opportunity to pink it up at home. I love that someone has finally added the color and also that it has a large battery to keep them going for hours. Peg Perago also has lots of other fun stuff to ride too (my daughter would live the scooter but I like the four wheels of the four wheeler better). The site was a ltile dark but eacy to navigate. Toys stood out really big on the initial page.
