V.I.P. SWAG: We Get Worked Up Over UPPA Baby!

uppaimage2

Never did we think that we would have a favorite triple stroller here at Bellaziza’s Favorite Things! I mean, really, what comes to mind when you think triple stroller? Something wide, something plaid, something that beeps when it backs up? Well UPPA Baby has upped the ante on triple strollers with their VISTA stroller and ugly is most certainly not what you get.

vista_groupThe VISTA makes walking through the park with even one baby a, well, walk in the park! With a single click, your baby can face forwards or back towards you…and in such a stylish way! Sleek and silver, with many fabric color choices, this stroller is easy on the arms as you fold it and lift it into your trunk and easy on the eyes as you enjoy the fashion consciousness of it all.

Don’t you just love when things make your life easier while looking like eye candy!? I know I do!

uppababy-vista-rumble-seatSo back to the UPPA Baby VISTA serving as a triple stroller. You know, without the need for a wide load sign. It’s a snap to go from walking in the park with one baby to two babies…or toddlers…or children…I think you get the idea. With a simple twist, the lightweight rumbleseat attaches to the front of the stroller. Just toss another kid in there and off you go.

uppa-baby-piggyback-ride-on-board-30This stroller is perfect for families that plan on having more than one child, as you can add components as you need them. To use the VISTA as a triple stroller, simply add on the piggy back board and your older child is set to ride! Of course, this wouldn’t be suitable for triplets, but if you have three children close in age, it’s a PERFECT FIT!!

uppababy-foldedDid I mention that the handlebar height is adjustable? And that it folds to an extremely compact state of being? And the sun canopy really comes all the way down? And the storage compartment underneath is actually accessible? And that this bad boy is sweet to look at?

Oh, yes. I did mention that. I remember now.

So, friends, no need to grab your earrings before you go out with the kids. The UPPA Baby VISTA stroller is all the accessory you’ll ever need! It makes you look good, and it works so well it makes you feel good, too!! It is Bellaziza’s Favorite Triple Stroller, and we’re going to SWAG one lucky V.I.P. reader!

I enjoyed their into page with the blk and white photo’s and the stroller rolling by..lol too cute. I like the G-Lite because I appreciate a stoller I can carry without looking weak! also they have storage under the lightweight G-Lite which is a bonus to me(who has no storage on my little umbrella stroller). I like their Denny color for the stroller but I’d like to see more variety of colors. Say a wonderful purple or pink would be super. Thanks.

  • http://babysmamatimes4.blogspot.com Beth G.

I have your button! I’m also a subsriber and just enjoyed reading about your stubborn child, your not alone ;)

  • blima

I love ellen D. and she had it on her show. I love it.I am a subscriber.

  • http://www.dealectiblemommies.com candace

I think their websites great….love the intro page…perhaps a little more pizazz..bright fun colors, maybe..Also I would love to see some custom design fabrics…special edition stroller perhaps.

  • http://www.lovingdanger.wordpress.com LovingDanger

I love the idea of this stroller! I have a 13 month old and another one coming in September, so this would be perfect for us. We were originally looking at “Phil and Ted’s” strollers but after seeing this one we may be switching. I love that it comes with a lot of the accessories rather than having to buy them all separately. I also really dig that it has a bassinet as well.
I think my favorite part is that you can face the child towards or away from you!! My biggest pet peeve with my Bumbleride is that my kid can only face out.

With all of theses great features I think this stroller is very reasonably priced. Good work Uppa!

  • Sara

I have the Vista and I love it. We were torn between the Bugaboo Chameleon and the Vista. We actually went to purchase the Bugaboo but the sales person couldn’t get it to collapse in the store when we asked for a demo. Needless to say, we haven’t been disappointed by our decision to buy the Vista. My only suggestion to the company would be regarding the brake. Ours is really sticky. Sometimes so much that if I am wearing sandals, I can’t get it loose with my foot and have to use my hand. Maybe it’s how I am doing it, too. Otherwise, it’s great. I get lots of compliments on it, too. The cup holder is great. The chains move with the bumps and make it splatter proof. I hope they continue to make more new and additional accessories. Thanks!

  • Megan

Honestly, I am in love with this vista stroller! Holy cow! I have a 24
month old and a 7 month old so this stroller is a dream! I also apppreciate the way uppa designs their strollers to be light weight and easily compactible. Finally, I love the simple but cute colors.

  • Joy Goodman

Very exciting. I have 6 boys and sure could hav used this a lot. My youngest 3 are under 5 and still do strollers. We just have multiple strollers. Talk about grabbing attention. I love the concept and want to see one in person.

  • Kristina G.

Wow, what a giveaway!! The first thing that caught my eye on their website was that UPPA is an eco-friendly company…which is so important to me…way to go!

  • Julia

What I would like to see from UPPA Baby is a budget rear-faceable stroller.

  • http://jen-manyblessings.blogspot.com JenT

I was sold as soon as I saw “triple stroller”. :) I’ve got toddlers that need to ride with the baby sometimes. And when I read adjustable handle…well, let me tell you about the back aches you get from having to bend over to reach the handle of most strollers. I’ve said for years that someone needs to make the handle adjustable. yay! Someone did! I like the Denny color, but could go for a turquoise or teal one too. :)

  • http://jen-manyblessings.blogspot.com JenT

    I also have your button.

  • xenia

What a great stroller! I love that it is so versatile and can be changed to use with one, two or three children. I currently use a sit n stand with my 6-month-old and 2-year-old and it has been helpful but there are a lot of critiques I have of it, mainly that the seat for my little one only has two positions and since she can’t recline much at all, she can’t fall asleep. The Vista not only has a 3 position seat angle adjustment but it is reversible so she can face me, I would really love that!

  • http://thebukiblog.blogspot.com sarah b

this is ubber cool! i love all the colors they have available!

  • http://kara-organicgirl.blogspot.com/ Kara Pearson

Wow, beautiful stoller , and one that i have admired alot. We have 2 under 4 and My son still can not walk to far so this is exactly what we need badly. The Website is great. Simple and easy to scroll though. I really like the videos, as a parent and consummer I like that you get to see upclose the product. Great idea. I also noticed that they sell them in London Ontario so thats cool. But with 4 children its not easy to buy. This would be fantastic to win. Great Contest :)

  • http://kara-organicgirl.blogspot.com/ Kara Pearson

I have your button on my blog aswell, i enjoy the site alot and this is a great contest. lil_lolas@hotmail.com

  • Shay

omg! I wish I had been at that Martha Stewart’s show when they gave this product away to all expectant mothers…..That was really some great plublicity. I could really use an awesome stroller such as this espcially how compact it becomes.

  • http://kara-organicgirl.blogspot.com/ Kara Pearson

I blogged about this fantastic giveaway as i wanted anther entry. With 4 kids and two under 4 this would be ideal. I also noticed the great accessories but didnt see a Babybunting(stroller cuddle bag) That would be an awesome accessory to add with the design , for both baby and toddler. It would work work with the rain cover in bad weather but would keep them warm . I blogged here http://kara-organicgirl.blogspot.com/2009/07/uppa-baby-vista-stroller-ends-september.html

  • Tammy

WOW! This stroller is SWEET! I absolutely love that you can just buy add-ons to make it for two or three kids. So, as you have more children, you can just buy an extra seat, or the board – not a whole new stroller. That is great. Their website was very easy to navigate, but I agree with the other poster, that a little bit more color or pizzazz on their front page would be nice. I think it is a great product.

  • Kaysie

Technically the strollers sound perfect (especially the Vista, it’s everything I want from a stroller), but I wish they were offered in pink. I loooove pink! :)

  • amie

I just think the interchangable wheels are genius. When I saw the stroller I thought “But will it handle my life” we live 2 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from forest trails and we use them but then I saw the all terrain wheels and that sold me. I love that I don’t have to have a huge tank of a stroller, I can have this neat stroller for going into town and it can also handle our more rugged side of our life.

  • Grace

Like the piggy back feature for old tikes.

  • http://kevnjacks.blogspot.com Jackie H

I love, love, love how light their strollers are! I would totally get the G-lite for our various trips this summer! And way to make it easier to fold up!

  • erianna

I really like the versatility of this stroller & that it can grow with the family. I hate the idea of buying many different carriages as my child & our family grow… Way to go UPPA for figuring this out. That in itself is a very “green” concept. Would love to try one of these in person; the way it folds looks awesome! Website is very user-friendly, too.

  • Aura

Hmm… 3 great strollers, a really easy to navigate sight full of easy to access information and even testimonials to rave about their superb customer service? It seems like Uppa Baby is doing everything right!

  • Dianna Ball

Wow – this looks like a GREAT stroller! I love that it’s a triple, but with the footprint of a single. Great new take on the concept.

As for the website – it looks great. The index of products was a little muddled for me. And…this is so minor, but..they talk about all of their innovative products, but for the most part, they carry only strollers and stroller accessories. ?? Maybe they plan on offering more?

  • Alicia Howitt

I love the forward and rearfacing options! That is a major selling point for me when purchasing a stroller for a young baby, the attachments for my older daughter is an added bonus.

  • sandra

i lovethe larger canopy and the spf protection. an extenable attachmnt to increase sun protection would be helpful

  • Marianne

I really love the look of the strollers (especially since we only have one toddler right now). The only thing that’s bothering me about it is the colour of the footboard.

  • barbara

looks like such an easy light weight stroller. love they can face either way. don’t get that with many strollers also liked all the color options. my daughter in law is having her first baby this winter, this would be a great gift.

  • http://thriftycraftmama.blogspot.com maryanne

I’ve been drooling over UPPAbaby strollers for a long time! I think the VISTA is pure genius – especially with the rumble seat and the piggy back board. This is a combination I would definitely use as within a month I’ll have three children under four years old!

I love the photos on the front page of UPPAbaby’s website!

  • http://nanja-nansplace.blogspot.com Nancy J

I like the forward- backward option available of the Vista stroller. The RumbleSeat Attachment makes this very versatile. The product videos are very informative

  • JenCE

Wow, Do I ever need this stroller! I have infant twins and a 2 year old. I can only take the 3 out by myself if I put one twin in a sling so my toddler can have a seat in the double stroller.

This stroller would most definitely fit into my life- infants have the seats and the toddler could hop on when she’s tired of walking.

I call the double stroller I am using right now “the bus” I seriously need to “BEEP” when I back that baby up. The Vista could actually move through clothing racks at the mall. YAY!

I loved the website but I would suggest a rotating/ spinning view of the stroller and I’d really like to see a photo of 3 kids in it. (I couldn’t get the video to work).

  • Debbie T

I spent quite a lot of time on the site. I don’t have any suggestions. I am shopping for strollers and was glad to see that there are three retailers in the San Diego area. This is all new to me – my granddaughter will be here in September. My daughter is 35 so back then we didn’t have any of these choices!

  • melissa

Their site is really good. I really like the Vista, I didn’t know there was a stroller that could potentially carry three and it’s very cute!

  • JenCE

SPF canopy looks like it provides great coverage!
I think the website needs customer reviews

  • http://thebukiblog.blogspot.com sarah b

    Happy 4th!
I love how it is Easy one-step fold—with or without the seat attached!

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com Emily B.

I liked that I can easily find their products in a store nearby! I’m in Canada and quickly found several stores within driving distance on the locations list. It’s great that they have all the stores listed with addresses, phone numbers and even driving directions! It would be nice if they included websites for the stores (where applicable) as well.

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com Emily B.

I’ve got your button on my blog here:
    emilyisland.blogspot.com

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com Emily B.
  • Melissa

I love the concept of the Uppa Baby Vista, but it would be even more awesome if it could be made just a little lighter!

  • http://www.twoofakindworkingonafullhouse.blogspot.com Dee

I LOVE the look of this stroller! I am having a baby in 5 weeks and I have a 23 month old son. I love all the possibilities. I think the website is easy to navigate and has a professional look.

  • Sarah R

I think the site it great. I like that they have many images of the strollers, and videos as well. And that there are so many specs–weights and measurements, etc. Very helpful for comparison shopping. I only wish a retailer closer to me sold them (although I am pretty rural, and used to that).

  • JenCE

I like that the support bracket for the storage basket levers down so you can get bigger items in. I am always fighting to fit my diaper bag under the seat of the stroller that I have.

The website has some pretty good video featuring the owner “Bob”. I would LOVE to see some actual kids in the stroller though.

  • Melissa

I would like to see more colors for the Vista…maybe a rich purple or a bright green.

  • http://thebukiblog.blogspot.com sarah b

how wonderful that it Includes both bassinet and seat—completely interchangeable and requires no fabric swapping!

  • http://www.newlywednewlybredinne.blogspot.com Megan Rayer

I spent a lot of time looking around their site, and I have yet to find anything to suggest! I LOVE that they have videos of the strollers in action. I was going to suggest a way to add an infant seat to the stroller, but they already have that. They also clearly list their price, which I think is great. There is nothing more annoying than not being able to see right away how much the item costs. This stroller is an absolute DREAM!

  • http://www.facebook.com/cassandra.zepeda Cassandra

I actually enjoyed the simplicity of the site. Though they could incorporate some more colour in the backround. Perhaps multicoloured stripes of somesort. The 3 strollers look fantastic and I love that they are reversible. I would love if my stroller were reversible, I love looking at my little Max :) & it is much easier looking after him when he’s eating or playing with a toy. The other thing I would recommend is to simplify and organize the ‘retailers’ area a bit more efficiently. It took me forever to find a retailer close to me in Ontario.
    I shared on facebook.

  • http://www.theshoppingmama.com The Shopping Mama

I have been in love with the UPPAbaby Vista since I was pregnant with my son. I love that it’s so versatile, can be used from birth and with the addition of the Rumble Seat and Piggy Back Board it can be used for multiple children.

My only suggestion would be more vibrant colored or patterned choices.

  • Jenny F.

I love that the UPPAbaby website includes video footage of their products! It’s so helpful to actually be able to see the stroller in motion. This is such a nice feature, especially when you are shopping online and don’t have the option of “test driving” before your purchase! Thanks UPPAbaby!

  • http://oursideofthemountain.etsy.com DebbieKL

What a great idea for a stoller! I love that it folds down so small as well.
I like their website layout and that they have videos of the products. Photos are nice, but videos really help when you’re shopping online. Thanks!

  • http://thriftycraftmama.blogspot.com maryanne

The bassinet looks so comfy for a newborn! I would love to see some videos and photos of this triple stroller in use with real live children.

  • Aura

hey, I left a comment last night, I wonder why it didn’t show up? I like watching the informative videos but I didn’t notice any with the rumbleseat or piggyback and no pictures either with those attachements attached and the stroller closed

  • xenia

It’s so great that a stroller that can hold so many kids folds down so compactly. Usually anything larger than a single stroller is a beast not only to fold up but to try to fit in the back of my car. Love it!

  • amie

I love that when you click on the colour, you see it on the stroller instantly, this is a great feature. I think it would be fun if you did some limited addition patterned fabrics or if the colour could be paired with a lighter/darker shade of the same colour instead of always with black.

  • Melissa

I like the fact that the website has pictures of multiple angles on the strollers. That is very helpful to determine what the footprint of the stroller is.

  • JenCE

I like that the stroller can face you or face out. I prefer to see my kids.

My recommendation for the website is to edit or maybe voice over the owners monologue for about UPPA baby. I’m pretty certain he says “…the best products and BREAST ideas…” Not a huge deal but I did pick up on this.

  • http://mombalance.blogspot.com Sarah

What a great set of wheels! I have an infant, a toddler, and a preschooler and I didn’t think there was any stroller that could accomodate us so perfectly! My son would love a ride on the piggyback with his little sisters.

My suggestion would be to add a clip-on strap to help secure the child riding on the piggyback board, or maybe a handle for that child to hold.

  • xenia

Great website, I like that it is really informative. Some sites just show one picture and that’s it, but this one has lots of angles and all sorts of info and facts about the products.

  • Michele

Wow, now thats a stroller! My daughter with JRA that’s due in November would love this, it would be so easy for her to use! The site is terrific, very informative and so easy to navigate!

  • Jennifer c.

I really love their products! It would be really cool to see an umbrella attachment for the stroller handles. A cupholder attachment would be another great accessory!

  • Sherry Ann Abrams

The sites features and benefits margin is superb! It answers any FAQ or inquiries about their products.A fantastic company with products that fit the needs of children and parents! Love the color choices in strollers.

  • Courtney S

i love the website! i would like to see more pink, of course!

  • amie

I think the reversible handle is great. I was reading recently that strollers where the baby faces you improve development. I think including research like this would be good. I know of the Ergo website they have experts comments and research explaining why baby wearing helps development and reading that made me a lot more interested in their product.

  • http://google al henneberry

I live up many steps and love that it is lightweight.

  • susan varney

love to win i signed up mverno@roadrunner.com

  • http://thriftycraftmama.blogspot.com maryanne

One thing I tried to figure out from the site without any success was, do you have to remove the rumble seat to fold the vista when you are using it for two children? I know that a common complaint about the Phil & Ted Sport with doubles kit is that you have to remove the second seat to fold it, so it would be really nice to know if this is the case with the Vista as well. If the rumble seat can stay attached, I’d like to see what that looks like folded up.

  • http://thebukiblog.blogspot.com sarah b

how great that it has a Pop-out SPF 50 canopy extension with 30% more sun coverage!

  • Aura

I love the easy one step fold even with the rumble seat attached

  • Djp

we’ll be needing one of these!!!

  • Melissa

I would like to see a video of three kids riding in the stroller at one time…I’m not sure I can quite picture it!

  • Dawn

I love the Vista stroller . I love that includes the bassinet! I like that the site has videos and inclides all info like the manual and dimensions.

  • Ronald Turner

I like that it is lightweight. Would like to see more colors.

  • Kristen

I love the pictures/slideshow when you first visit the site. It’s very easy to navigate and the ‘list’ of features on the right hand side are easy on the eye ..when your trying to look at the product and read/learn more about it! Great site!

  • Doug

Just subscribed. I’d like to see them include a double stroller (unless I missed it somewhere). All the ones I’ve used have been bulky and heavy. I’d love to see what uppababy could do with that to improve double strollers.

  • xenia

This would be a great stroller to recommend to friends who are getting ready to have their first child. So many people, myself included, go out and buy a single stroller because that is logical when you only have one child, but then once the second one arrives what do you do? Just keep buying more strollers? The VISTA would solve all of that by being the only stroller you’d ever need!

  • Wendy

The Vista stroller is, i agree, everything a mom could ask for. I’m impressed that the bassinets are lined with organic fiber and love that the canopy is actually useful, and that a mesh weather shield and bug shield are also included.

Moving past vanity, I’m a big fan of the specification PDF’s included under the links. For example: the Vista folded and Vista Bassinet. It provides necessary information to families who are tight on space.

  • Katharine D

That stroller is incredible but the site is a bit slow to navigate – maybe from all the traffic directed from this site LOL. But they have the Organic Bassinet Mattress Cover I have been searching for!

  • Elizabeth

My only suggestion is more colors! This looks like a dream come true for parents of several kids!

  • cher

UPPAbaby has a high competitive intelligence quotient.
    1) Their purpose is distinct and clear. I particularly like the way their reinforce their logo our pride your joy. I got a solid sense that this company stands behind their quality product. The pictures capture the essence of joy and I feel that they want that joy truly for their customers.
    2) They prominently display their vision: to make high-quality baby products that fit the needs of your new life as a parent, while appealing to the sense of style you’ve always had.
    4) Their business model looks savvy. They are certainly going all out to deliver higher standards of innovation.
    5) The site has a consistent appearance and the pages load easily.
    6) The site is easily navigated, scrolling minimized, and the tools, like the stroller color were easy to use.
    7) I love that they included a section where you can see the product in the press and in videos.
    8) The FAQ section was thorough yet succinct.
    9) I think one improvement would be get a VeriSign Certificate. It is the leading Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate Authority enabling secure e-commerce, communications, and interactions for Web sites, intranets, and extranets. Choose the most trusted mark on the Internet and enable the strongest SSL encryption available to every site visitor.

  • Yvonne Huff

I like the site. I don’t See anything that I would change. A good display of products (love the way you can easily change color on the strollers), good descriptions, very user friendly and easy to find what your looking for.

  • Sandra Melnick

    The Vista stroller is fantastic

  • Jennifer W.

What a beautiful stroller!! I like that the seat is reversible so baby can look at me or at the world. Also, that the fabric is machine washable.

  • http://thriftycraftmama.blogspot.com maryanne

After further exploration of the site I discovered the vista CAN be folded with the rumble seat on – it might be good to have that info more prominently displayed on the site.

In the FAQ section of the site, the G-LiTE is described as costing $99, but then under the products section it is listed as costing $129.99 – $30 is a pretty significant difference to have in pricing! I’m guessing that the price has just gone up, but if so the FAQ section definitely needs to be updated.

  • LN

I love this stroller. It’s one of a kind. I’d also like to see a “double” where the rumble seat AND board can be added for a quadruple stroller!!
If UppaBaby can do that, they’ll put the rest of the stroller companies out of business.

Psst…your link to swag rules on this post is broken. The link on the sidebar works, but not the one in the post. :)

  • Leah

I love how they show the rumble seat attached while the stroller is facing Mommy. I imagined it the other way, but seeing their pics clarified for me how truly great it is.

  • http://katie.karrmedia.com Katie

Really cute website! I like the slideshow. I would like to see some more complex color combos on the strollers — orange/grey perhaps?

  • Irene

I wasn’t too certain from first glance which stroller was to suit my purposes. I’m looking for a compact/umbrella stroller, but wasn’t able to tell apart the three different models which had what. I also didn’t know what the accessories went with which stroller model. In short, I need to comparison shop at a glance.

  • Catherine

I love that the strollers were carefully designed for both parents (i.e. easy to use, lightweight, plenty of storage) and children (i.e. large sunshields, organic materials, reversible handle bars so they can face parents)! Thanks for such a great giveaway!

  • amie

WOW, the bassinet folds down!!!! This is such a great feature. We bought the bassinet attachment for our stroller (also love that your bassinet comes included) and it didn’t collapse so we had a stroller frame filling our trunk and a car seat and bassinet filling our whole back seat. This is really great! Can the bassinet be used as a bed for the baby when detached from the stroller?

  • http://babybix.com/blog jenny

i like the spf 50 canopy! i wish i could find these more easily at my local stores.

  • http://meandmyboys-abby.blogspot.com/ Abby

What a cool stroller! I love all of their strollers. I think they just look so neat. My new baby would look pretty cool in one of those and I love the colors! I also think it is great that it comes with a bassinet.

  • Melissa B

Oh my goodness, what a fantastic prize! I would love to see some funky designs on their strollers instead of just one plain color. Themed accessories like matching pillows, or baby toys would also be cool.

  • Monique Rizzo

LOVE the lightweight factor!! Thanks for the chance.
    mogrill@comcast.net

  • paul haddock

For my grand-daughter, this sure is luxury!

  • Jennifer W

I was surprised that this is an American company. The stroller and innovative design is on par with so many of the trendy and usually much more advanced European stylings. I love the colours, the design and innovative stroller they’ve designed. Thumbs waaayyy up!

  • Lily

This is the stroller that I had my eye on since the Ellen show. The fact that the seat and the bassinet can be easily interchangeable is the feature that I love the most and is ideal for my newborn (due in Sept). I like that it is a stroller I’ll be able to use well into his toddler years!

  • http://google al henneberry

    so versatile and so pretty

  • http://slimodds.blogspot.com/ Simone

Being as how I live in TX, I would love to see the bug shield be made of UV material (at least 50.) I have a UV bug shield for our current stroller and love it. Thanks! thebubbledies(at)gmail(dot)com

  • JenCE

I love that the stroller includes the weather shield; No need to spend money on another accessory that was not made for your specific stroller.
Nice to have something included not as an extra.

I love that the Vista has a reversible handle. That is especially helpful for little babies!

these are separate days. I also have your button and am a huge follower of the blog. I also like that UUPA recycles materials in there strollers old and new, and they donatate to charity. I just wanted to add that the new bassinet is definately brag worth as and I like that it is made out of cotton and soybean . Super eco-friendly and soft. lil_lolas@hotmail.com

  • Rosie

I love all the colors they have available!

  • Wendy

What I found really interesting about the VISTA is that it is compatible with various car seats such as Graco, Peg Preggo, and Chicco. I like that you have the option to use a car seat you may already own rather than feeling forced to purchase from UPPA Baby solely.

It’s also nice that you can purchase replacement accessories rather than having to buy a whole unit. In addition, all of the replacement parts are reasonably priced.

As for the website, I enjoy the user submitted photos in the community section. The testimonials are also nice in that UPPA Baby doesn’t seem to filter out any negatives, instead they respond in a timely fashion—as made obvious in sending new frames to consumers. It seems that the company’s customer service really is outstanding; a necessity in our current economy.

  • Melissa Brow

This is an amazing stroller! Thanks for the post and I could definitely use one of these in about 7 months LOL

  • http://www.twitter.com/babybanz shari

We have so many kids, I wish they had a good tandem option – but I love that this folds down so small – with 5 kids, we value space around our house!

  • http://jessecreations.wordpress.com Jess

Oh, I LOVE this stroller! The only suggestion I have is that you might want to include more feminine color options in your product line. Personally, I’m having a boy this time, so the colors you have work for me! But some parents might like to have a girly color for their little ladies. :)

    Jess

  • Lisa W

I love the Pop-out SPF 50 visor for extra protection against UV rays. I also like that they are durable and that you can use them from 3 months to 40 pounds. Their colors and patterns are beautiful. I would love to own any of their products. Thanks. angel_2417@yahoo.com

  • Amy Waldon

I am so impressed by this stroller. Do you know how many different strollers I have had in the past because they were all lacking something that I liked? This stroller does and has everything. Even a travel bag that can be purchased. I’m sure some of you have had to check a stroller on a plane before, and I’m sure you know the condition it came back in. It looks like there would be no more worries about that with using the travel case,And,it even has wheels on it! How great is that?

  • blima

I like that the site has a lot of reviews. They did a good job promoting the product with videos and photo options. The product looks solid and its nice that there is a variety of colors to choose from.

  • Grace

    Great colors

  • amie

I would love to see this product in a cream/chocolate brown colour scheme.

  • Leah

I love this stroller. It’s one of a kind. I’d also like to see a “double” where the rumble seat AND board can be added for a quadruple stroller!!
If UppaBaby can do that, they’ll put the rest of the stroller companies out of business.

  • LN

I love how they show the rumble seat attached while the stroller is facing Mommy. I imagined it the other way, but seeing their pics clarified for me how truly great it is.

  • amie

I recommended a confirmed new subscriber (awouda at __________ dot ca)

  • andy

I can’t see, is the seat suitable from birth or is it only because of the bassinet that the stroller is suitable from birth? If you had the rumble seat attached could you have a newborn in the seat or would you have to attach a car seat?

I’m pleased to tell everyone that the prices on the site are cheaper than the sellers on ebay are charging.

  • alison

I love that they offer variety in their product as well as making the strollers easy to use. Thanks for the great giveaway!

  • http://lifeonlakeview.blogspot.com April

I didn’t see a cup holder. That is pretty important for me, but it seems pretty common for expensive strollers to not have them. This looks like a great stroller, love the triple concept!

  • JenCE

I was looking at the fAQs and was REALLY pleased to see that they offer a retro-fit for older models to accommodate for the rumble seat. What a great company; it would seem that you’re still a valued customer even after they have your money.

  • Aura

I like that you don’t have to switch the fabric from the bassinet to the stroller so it’s easy to switch from using it as a pram with the newborn to taking a stroll with a toddler

  • Melissa

I would like to see a wider variety of colors, or maybe some interesting prints to up the fashion factor of these strollers!

  • Wendy

UPPA Baby has a great website. It’s nice that they offer printable manuals online, specifications, and faqs/support.

I watched the UPPA Baby VISTA video and I really love the retractable sun shade and that the seat is expandable and can be tilted with one hand. The video also demonstrates how easy it is to fold the stroller up. All the mothers I know would be envious as I often witness the hassle that comes with folding and setting up their child’s stroller.

  • sara desaulnier

i love so many things about this stroller, i wish i could afford it! i love that the handle telescopes (i am 5’10″ and my husband is 6’4″) and reverses. i love the wheel options. i love the eco-friendly materials. i LOVE that you can put several kids in with just a couple of accessories. i could go on and on. one of my favourite things is that it’s cool looking too! (hard to find great, functional strollers that look great too!) my suggestion for the website would be to have a FAQ’s section for questions about the various strollers. (car seat compatibility, warranty questions, etc). but really, i think this is a fabulous product. i hope i win it! baby # 2 is due in october and this would be great for our family, esp with winter on it’s way.

  • sara desaulnier

ok, so someone said something about FAQs so i guess they have them…but i couldn’t find them, so maybe it would be good to make it more obvious!

  • Rosie

I am in love with this vista stroller

  • kathy pease

all the strollers look so awesome not to mention the great accessories you can get with them.i think the site looks great and they shouldnt change a thing :)

  • http://derekaliciathompson.blogspot.com Alicia thompson

My two favorite things about this stroller is 1. the car seat attachments for different brands. 2. would be the rumble seat. This product looks great.
The only thing that I worry about is how close the rumble seat is to the other seat. I haven’t seen the stroller in person but I think that the older child might feel that they couldn’t see very well. They could stand on the piggy back but they also might get tired of standing.
Another thing that would be great is an attachment that has a wristband for toddlers that pulls out so they can walk but will be attached to the stroller. It is hard when you are pushing the stroller and the toddler runs away in the parking lot. This way they could only get so far. I guess the only thing that might be a down fall to this is that the toddler could tip the stroller.
The products look great and is very parent and child friendly.

  • Linda Turner

Lightweight but would love to see more colors

  • Sharon

The black and white photos on the site are very precious. I like the fact that they have instructions available on the site so you can see how easy it is to add pieces. What an adaptable product! They might improve the site by shortening the lists of features and just highlighting the unique features.

  • http://skemommlenskedaddle.blogspot.com/ Ammie

First, let me say that your website is wonderful: attractive, organized, clean, and “sparkly” with gorgeous pictures and graphics. I would suggest adding a section about double and triple strollers. Perhaps on your left sidebar, include links to pages that explain how to custom create a double or triple stroller, because even though I looked around for a while, it wasn’t clear to me how this is done (except from Bellaziza’s blogpost). A product this gorgeous and appealing needs to let people know how versatile it is!

  • http://roxy-littlelovebugs.blogspot.com/ Roxanne Carson

Again I have five daughters and I have tried every stroller out there from jogging to umbrella.. Either they are awkward to use or to heavy and complicated to use. The things I noticed about these strollers is the compact and lightweight feature. The hand trigger feature is awesome because I have used strollers that you have to put everything down and concentrate on opening the stroller with your hands and feet.I also love that you can wash the material with ease because most strollers you need to be a rocket scientist to put it back together. My very most favorite feature is the carrying handle and that it stands up while folded. I absolutely think this stroller is what every busy mother needs.

I forgot to put in what I thought they would need to do to improve their products and I cant see much except having a few more features for carrying things like possibly a small hook to hang your purse. A removable cup holder and possibly small pockets to place, bottles, water, wipes, diapers ect.

  • Grace

    So versatile

  • LN

I love this stroller. It’s one of a kind. I’d also like to see a “double” where the rumble seat AND board can be added for a quadruple stroller!!

Psst…your link to swag rules on this post is broken. The link on the sidebar works, but not the one in the post. :)

  • Leah

THe pics showing how the rumble seat worked were very helpful. I like how you can have both kids face mommy with the rumble seat attached.

  • http://www.thetoffelmires.blogspot.com Jinny Toffelmire

I’d love to see even more fabric choices.

  • xenia

I found UPPAbaby’s “think globally, act locally” mission inspiring. It’s great that they are “constantly thinking about how we can make a positive impact on the environment” and not just in it for the money!

  • http://penelopesoasis.blogspot.com/ Penelope

I love the look of this stroller…very streamlined. Doesn’t look complicated to work.

  • amie

I would love to see an SPF parasol that matches as an accessory. I find this more helpful than just a sun shade (although your sunshade looks pretty special) because it can be adjusted depending on the direction of the sun and when I need her to sleep I can adjust it so she sees less and is therefore less distracted

  • andy

The weather shield looks so neat and stylish how it just zips on the front, it’s nice that it’s not bulky. Is the canopy totally water resistant then? What happens if I have a diaper bag clipped on or a basket full of things, are they protected?

  • Andrea

i like the pictures that come up on the website and all the videos.

  • Aura

I like that they are accomodating people who already own older models of the uppa baby that are not compatible with the rumble seat. They have not one, but 3 different ways to retrofit the older strollers.

  • Kristi Peshke

I love that it will expand to handle more kids as I have them. They really thought out the product. I would love to see additional patterns for the fabric.

  • Jennifer McC

I love that the 2009 VISTA Stroller allows me to see my child, this is wonderful. So important with a really small baby.

  • Melissa

I love that the seat attachment and the bassinet can be switched out easily and quickly!

  • Rosie

The weather shield looks so neat and stylish

  • Sarah G.

I really liked their website design – very up-to-date, easy to browse, lots of info. Great descriptions of the stroller…I liked this feature: Red/green successful attachment indicators. No guesswork if you’ve gotten it attached right!

I would say they need a few more colors though, maybe something girly? All the available colors are pretty boyish. In my opinion. :)

  • Linda Turner

    I like the lightweight feature

  • Grace

Great for more than one child too!

  • Jennifer M

I love that it has a peg perego adapter so I can use my carseat in it. The website’s pictures and descriptions were also very clear.

  • http://www.havebabywilltravel.com Corinne

Uppababy appears to be a great forward-thinking company with strollers that are actually functional for today’s parent.

I love how you can download the manuals from the previous years in case you buy second-hand.

I wish they would explain if you can still fold the stroller with the piggyBACK board attached.

  • andy

I think matching diaper bags would be a good addition. Especially if they can attach on the stroller to keep the space in the basket free.

  • amie

I’m 5ft 11 so I love that there are long handles on the G-lite umbrella stroller, it’s hard to find in umbrella strollers!

  • Aura

Unlike the other double decker stroller on the market, the older child can sit on the top OR bottom without the stroller tipping. That way the infant is closer to the parents.

  • Wendy

It’s nice to see that UPPA Baby is going green with the soy lined fabric in the bassinet. The G-Luxe stroller is every bit as fabulous as the Vista. The only suggestion I have is that the links on the product page and other pages are altered to look less jumbled.

  • Nancye Davis

I like the Uppa Baby products because they are very versatile. There are a variety of accessories that will make their strollers work for just about anybody. I the the color choices as well.

  • http://penelopesoasis.blogspot.com/ Penelope

I love how easy it is to get information and navigate the web-site.

  • Grace

    So versatile for larger families.

  • Erin

Wow–this stroller looks amazing. I love that it can grow with the family. I love the simple fabric/colors they have. I love that the stroller comes with all the accessories included and that you can use the stroller in many different terrains. I am not sure that I have any improvements to list until after I try it out (I hope : )). I don’t feel like I have seen many of them around so the company could work on getting some out in the market for good word of mouth advertising (which is huge).

  • http://google al henneberry

I like that it is easy to get down steps

  • April Van

I love all the colors of this stroller!! It seems like a really cool concept. I would be really conveinent and looks easy to use.

  • Wendy

Other than the products, I like that you are able to find retailers by zip code.

  • Amy

It’s nice to finally find a stroller where I can actually get through the door. It’s so difficult to manauever in NYC. I hope I win this stroller.

  • xenia

I was disappointed to see that although UPPAbaby has 350 retailers worldwide, the closest one to me is still over an hour away. I don’t live in a small town, hopefully their products will come my way soon.

  • JenCE

I like that the stroller has a red/green indicator to show that you have correctly installed the seat; important feature with a stroller that has removable/interchangeable seats. You don’t wan to second guess something so important.

  • http://thebukiblog.blogspot.com sarah b

how great is it that it has a Reversible seat and 3 position seat angle adjustment!

  • Aura

I like the new organic lining of the bassinet. Only the purest for the tiniest of babies

  • amie

Love that the g-lite is infact so light. We are looking for an umbrella stroller to take on an airplane. Like that it stands up. In the picture it looks like when it’s folded there is a carry strap but this isn’t listed as a feature, is it a carry handle?

  • Andy

the cup holder looks really interesting, such an innotative design! I am just wondering if it is safe, can hot liquid spil on the child? Especially the child in the piggy back seat or on the kiddy board? Would it hold a water bottle (kleen canteen style?) I always have my water bottle with me so that would be a bonus.

  • Melissa

I love that the Vista stroller would be great for one baby, but that you wouldn’t have to run out and buy a whole new stroller if you had another!

  • DougR

I like the simplicity of the website–very easy to navigate

  • Wendy

I think the UPPAbaby piggyback is genius. I could see children getting tired of sitting and wanting to have a little fun and wanting to use the piggyback accessory. I like that it folds up easily and that it has traction so kids don’t slip while they are standing on it.

  • http://thebukiblog.blogspot.com sarah b

i can still keep my other hand free with the One button telescopic handle-height adjustment!

  • Marquita

After looking at all the features of the Vista Stroller, I think it is well worth the money. It is far superior to the other strollers I have seen in the stores. Its not easy to pack for one child, from organizing car seats to packing diaperbags to loading strollers in to vehicles. As a mother of two with one on the way, strollers like this one lessen the prep time for me and would for any mother’s outing plans easier.

  • Andy

I was looking at local retailers and noticed that there was one in B.C. (Jamtots) that is listed twice

  • Amie

I love what they write about each person who works there. It just makes the company seem so friendly and approachable, I love companies that feel personable and it looks like they have a lot of fun. When I read that page it felt like the phrase ‘in addition’ was used too much, at the end THAT was what stood out to me rather than the content. Even though it is only used 3 times it felt like more. That would be the only negative thing, other than that I love that page! More photos would be fun on that page too.

  • Grace

    Lovely bright colors.

  • Aura

I really like the innovative cup holder that folds with the stroller so i don’t have to worry about it sticking out and breaking

  • xenia

I really like the color options. I know that people sometimes like to buy crazy colors and bright patterns, but I feel like this stroller speaks for itself just in the design and features and looks much better in the classic colors that are available.

  • JenCE

I like the versatility of this stroller; I need to move three kids now but eventually it will be 2 so I like that just by switching out a rumble seat or the piggy back you can accommodate a different number/age of children without having to buy another stroller.

  • http://www.mylifewithfourkids.blogspot.com Jennifer

I love that UPPABaby is green minded and strive to develop products that are Eco-friendly and safe for baby!

  • Wendy

Bob Monahan’s videos are a great addition to the UPPAbaby website. I think the bubble is so neat. Not only does it fit any car seat, but it protects your baby from sun and bugs; and for extra protection the sun canopy can come down as well. This is the first time I’ve ever seen anything like this and the fact that it folds into a handy travel bag is really convenient; particularly when you’re required to tote around so much as it is. I can’t even believe the price. $23! It’s a lot more affordable than I would have expected for something so innovative.

  • andy

I like the photos on the fist page, they are beautiful. For me it would sell the stroller more if more of the photos featured the stroller, like the one of the little boy stood next to it at the beach. I would like to see the same kind of pictures but of people using the stroller, the stroller on the beach, forest trails, in the city etc.

  • JK Lee

Thoughtful design bringing safety, convenience and closeness between babies and parents to their strollers. I love the fact that despite its amazingly rational design, it doesn’t feel utilitarian- it feels as though it was designed by a loving mom or dad!

  • Melissa

It would be really helpful to see video with kids in the stroller.

  • Jessica

I’ve been looking at a lot of strollers and this is my favorite. I especially like the UV protection. The website is very informative I don’t think they’ve left anything out.

  • http://penelopesoasis.blogspot.com/ Penelope

I appreciate that Uppa Baby is eco friendly!

  • Wendy

I really like that you don’t have to purchase the bassinet separately and that the VISTA folds up in one step with or without the seat attached. The basket underneath the stroller is also nice. I like that it doesn’t hang behind the stroller like some bags to, thus, your items aren’t clanking around. I think the cell phone holder is also a good idea. And though I can’t see a video of it, the red and green indicators to establish a successful attachment seem like a great idea. Still, I think a video showing this, would be a great addition to the the video library.

  • Grace

I like the ease of changing direction. One click!

  • andy

I like that the bassinet mattress comes with a mattress cover and that replacements can be bought, this isn’t the case with some other stroller brands

  • Amie

I wonder if there is a way you can show what the world looks like to the child in the stroller, especially in the rumble seat, how much can they see?

  • Ron Turner

lightweight but would like to see more colors

  • xenia

There have been many times that I’ve been caught outside in the rain or around bugs, I love that the VISTA has a convenient zip-in weather shield and mesh bug shield included. So handy!

  • andy

Is there a rain cover/storm cover for the bassinet?

  • Grace

It is so compact for travelling.

  • Wendy

I just noticed today that with the VISTA you can order a color swap kit. What a neat idea! It’s perfect if you have another child and want to update your stroller. I do wish that UPPAbaby offered fabric patterns rather than simply solids; it would be particularly surprising if the canopy was patterned and would offer a bit of flare to the already fantastic VISTA. Also, with the kit, it would be nice to see how easy it is to change out your fabric, a video might be helpful.

  • Melissa

I love the tires that will never go flat!

  • JenCE

I really like the simple, modern look of these strollers- no ruffles, cutesy designs or teddy bears/kitty cats. A stylish way to move your kids around.

  • http://thriftycraftmama.blogspot.com maryanne

One thing I wonder about with the rumble seat – in the photos, the shoulder straps seem really high in relation to the visor – can a tall child ride in the rumble seat with the visor down?

  • Aura

The site is very well designed. It’s the first time I hear of them and Im very impressed with their strollers. The site is very informative, I think what’s missing is reviews from their consumers. I always like to see what the buyers have to say about the product.

  • http://thebukiblog.blogspot.com sarah b

-wheel shock absorbing suspension- makes off roading perfect!

  • Wendy

At $20, the rain cover is the best I’ve seen for any stroller. Not only does it simply cover baby’s face, but it’s full size and can cover an older child’s legs and feet as well.

  • Rosie

I also like that thier company is “… an eco-friendly company, dedicated to creating a better environment for our children.”

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com Emily B.

I love how compact it is when folded. That is convenient! Some strollers you can’t even fit a bag of groceries in the trunk with, when they’re folded.

  • Grace

    comes with so many extras!

  • krystal

My family and I would benefit from this prize like no other. I have 2 kids and one on the way. I walk 1 mile to school and a mile back during school days thats 4 miles a day! With this economy at the moment we are never ahead and would never be able to afford such a wonderful gift as this one. We would be honored if you would choose us :)

What a cool stroller! My suggestion is to add a cup holder to their stroller. I like to take walks with my son so I like having my water bottle easily accessible.

I love the removable and machine washable fabric – my youngest daughter spits up quite a bit and being able to throw things in the washing machine is a must!

  • JenCE

I really like that the handle has a telescoping height adjustment- great for parent’s of different heights. One touch adjustment means it’s a quick to go from his to mine. Great Feature!

  • Kristina

I subscribe. This stroller is awesome

  • jamesie

i love how unisex the color choices are. i appreciate that uppababy’s colors could work for either gender.

i don’t even remember how i stumbled across Uppababy. but Vista became my dream stroller immediately! and when i saw it in person, i had to drag myself out of the store to get away from it. the storage basket is a shopping mama’s dream. the uniqueness of style ensures stroller envy from everyone. oh i could go on and on…

i suppose the only thing i might change would be to include the specific testimonials of products on those products pages (as a separate tab option of course).

i love UPPAbaby strollers! and i would love them even more if i actually had the honor of owning a Vista!
    THANK YOU for the opportunity!

I think the bounce spring on the basket is great, I feel like I am always wrestling things into the basket on our stroller.

  • amie

Entering this competition made me really want to see one in real life so I was at a couple of listed retailers, I went to one jus so I could see the stroller and they didn’t have any on display and I didn’t see any info on them, they had other strollers. I was pretty disappointed!

  • Kat

I’d love to have this stroller for when my little one arrives! I wish Uppababy had a blog with updates about their products and FAQs.

  • Grace

    Great for larger families.

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com Emily B.

I love that the handlebar height is adjustable so that both my husband and I could use it comfortably!

  • Tammy

My suggestion would be that this stroller needs to be on the shelves more in demo form. Truly, it needs more face time with moms to be. The website does a good job of describing the features but I want to touch it. I would love to win this stroller. We are due with #4 in September and did I mention while welcome she wasn’t planned. We had given away all of our baby stuff. This would be a lifesaver for us as the twins still could ride as well.

  • Wendy

Unrelated to the stroller, I love that UPPAbaby uses their sun blocking technology and offers a car and suv sunshade as well. Under $10, theirs is cheaper than the one I picked up at Wal-Mart, and I’m willing to bet it blocks out sun much easier as well. Really, 80% sunshade… that’s great!

  • JenCE

I can’t believe that this stroller actually comes with a sun shield and that it goes all the way down- we often walk in the evenings and it’s hard to shield babies from the setting sun. Yay UPPA baby!!

  • Aura

I wish the rumble seat reclined, even a bit

  • http://www.russianblessings.wordpress.com heather

I was overwhelmed by the list of products on the left hand side of the web site…Is there a way to make it more simple to figure out which stroller and which accessories best meet my needs?

    heatherlbrandt (at) verizon (dot) net

  • http://blog.thestone.org Angela

I love that they offer the adjustable handle (my husband and I are different heights, so this is a big issue!), but I didn’t see any cup holders. Could there maybe be an attachment that you could buy? Or even a place to put your cell phone or keys that are easily accessible, rather than reaching down into the basket (which I don’t think is convenient, despite the description on the website).

  • xenia

The “easy one-step fold—with or without the seat attached” is great. At one point I looked at a fairly expensive double stroller and was annoyed that the seats had to be removed in order to fold up the frame. How annoying!

  • Kym

I LOVE THIS STROLLER!!! As a military wife, when my husband goes away it would be great to have to keep the kids all together and in one place. One thing I would love to see is maybe a fun print instead of the solid colours.

  • stacey dempsey

i was very excited to see that you have your products here in canada and at a location in my small town ,i never even knew , i am going to go look tomorrow

  • Melissa

I like that there is a shock-absorbing suspension, so the baby can ride in comfort without being jostled too much!

  • Grace

I like the single click switch feature.

  • Wendy

I definitely like that you can buy all-terrain wheels or urban wheels for your strollers. In general, being able to purchase wheels is a great option. I’ve heard of too many of my friends having to buy new strollers simply because the wheels wore out and they couldn’t find replacements. Wheels are definitely cheaper than a new stroller

  • xenia

I love that the VISTA includes both the bassinet and seat and are completely interchangeable and requires no fabric swapping. This stroller would be perfect from the birth of a first child all the way through two more!

I have been looking around at strollers. In the store yesterday the sales person told me you had to be a contortionist to get a child into and out of the back seat on a Phil and Ted’s, is this the same with the piggy back seat on the Uppa? I would appreciate a video showing how easy/difficult it is to get a child into and out of the piggy back seat.

  • amie

*sorry I didn’t mean the piggy back seat I meant the rumble seat*

  • Andy

It looks like when a child is in the rumble seat their feet would be in anything you have in the basket. Is there a way to change this in the design, some way to make a divider in the basket some how so you can still carry some things. It seems like with the rumble seat attached both children have to be facing you which makes it difficult to attach a diaper bag to the handle even. This concerns me that the more kids you have the less storage you have.

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com Emily B.

I love the sun canopy, it is nice and big with SPF 50! Awesome.

  • JenCE

It’s great that this stroller has 4 wheel shock absorbing suspension. You can actually see the stroller flex in the demo video when he switches it from rear to forward facing. I took my cheapo stroller down a gravel road today actually woke up my sleeping baby. I could really use this stroller.

  • Aura

After spending 2 days in bed after pulling out my back from dragging our stroller up the buildings steps, my husband has decided to get rid of my beloved jogger in look out for a double stroller that actually fits through the ramp enterance to our building. That really isn’t too easy. All tandem strollers I have tried are really hard to steer, very heavy and barely fit in the trunk of our van. We borrowed a friends phil and teds but for multiple reasons it really didn’t work out. After fighting with my son to get in the bottom he banged his head on the bar on the top of the seat (and he’s only 1!) and then when he tried to stand up the entire stroller fell backwards with him in it. He won’t even look at the stroller now. We tried the buggy board on a few single strollers but he wont stay standing for more than 2 minutes before wandering off. I wish I could try the Uppa Baby but I haven’t found a local retailer who has one with a rumble seat open to try on the floor. We’re going to try another store tommorow. I love that the rumble seat features “No “flip” when primary child gets out”, has a canopy, is washable and folds with the stroller but why does it not state anywhere the height of the seat and why does it not recline at all?? I’ll let you know how it goes after we try it.

  • http://thebukiblog.blogspot.com sarah b

Welded and formed aircraft aluminum alloy frame… i bet this helps to keep it light yet still oh so strong!

  • Wendy

I think it’s great that the UPPAbaby website is updated on a regular basis. I like that you can view articles about the products and you don’t have to worry about them still being available because they have been scanned onto the website.

what a great looking stroller…we have been looking for a light weight umbrella stroller that has a reclining feature to take on a trip and was happy to see the g-luxe product from uppababy…will have to send hubby out to buy it in the harrison or jake color :-) …what i like about the site is that it’s easy to navigate and it lets you see EVERYTHING you need to know about the product including manuals…thumbs up…on another note i see the bubble works for infant car seats…is there something like that for the strollers as well??? would be greatly appreciated if there was…

  • Grace

The bassinet is so cute too!

  • Penelope

I like that the handlebar height is adjustible…I’m petite and my husband is tall.

  • http://google al henneberry

very handsome as well as essential

  • Andy

I like that as a company you are willing to offer the upgrades on the older models so they can also have the rumble seat, I think this is great and makes me feel more inclined to buy

  • Amie

I was watching the videos and there are none that show the rumbleseat, I think this would be a good addition. Also in te videos I noticed that he keeps referring to ‘the american consumer’ or ‘american sence of style’ which I feel alienates international visitors

  • http://www.apsychmommy.com shari

I love how “pro mom” they are as they allow work at home opportunity for moms.

  • Aura

I finally tried out the vista with rumble seat today. It’s definately a nice looking stroller and handles really well. The basket is huge and the rumble seat has a really nice foot protector for the basket. However, my son’s face was almost pushed up against the front seat when sitting in the rumble seat. There really isn’t much leeway for him to move. The height of the rumble seat is really nice, the buckles are a breeze and I love the hood but my son was really uncomfortable. Granted the rumble seat is only for convenience for when an older child needs a lift but I wish there was more space. The stroller seat was a breeze to attach and detach but unfortunately there was no way to make the kids face each other. Great single stroller but not good for twins.

  • xenia

The one button telescopic handle-height adjustment is great as I’m a little short and my husband is a little tall and he’s always complaining that strollers are too low for him if they can’t be raised up.

  • JenCE

I really like that the Vista can be used as a double stroller but that the length of the stroller is not affected. I have a double tandem stroller and it is SO long. I have to sling 1 twin and put the other in a single snap n’ go just to get into the smaller shops downtown. The Vista would certainly be able to make into all of the great stores that I haven’t been able to shop at.

Okay, I have an idea for the website. You know how car manufacturers have sites where you can ‘build’ your car visually, with all the available accessories? I would love to see a stroller site like that. One that also shows the extra weight of all the accessories, and what it looks like with everything you choose on the stroller.

  • casey

I would love to see some special edition type patterns for stroller covers for this one. “I know I for one, get really bored with strollers, car seats, etc and am always wanting to get new covers for fall, spring, etc…

  • http://thriftycraftmama.blogspot.com maryanne

I love the handle height adjustment on the Vista, as well as the fact that the seat is high enough that the baby is seeing things from a fairly high level.

  • Grace

Like the name says – it is so light.

  • xenia

The full-size easy-access basket is a definite plus. There are too many strollers that either have a small basket or else the bars of the stroller keep you from being able to access the storage.

  • http://kara-organicgirl.blogspot.com/ Kara Pearson

I tweeted this great stroller thanks http://twitter.com/evyready/status/2743867609

Is it only the lining of the bassinet that is made out of organic fabric? Could the rest of the stroller have this too?

  • Andy

I just saw that the travel bag looks like it uses the wheels of the stroller to transport it…That is so great!!!!!

  • Sheryl M

I absolutely think this is the best stroller ever, environmentally friendly makes it tops, but the canopy is so nice. It looks to have a nice fold as well, making it not too cumbersome. Love that it stands on its own when folded. The company did a great job on this one. Their videos are great and make me want the UPPA vista desperately.

  • http://latterightboys.blogspot.com/ Mocha Mama 24

I saw one of these for the first time several weeks ago and thought I was going to pass out…. I was utterly impressed! I’m expecting my fourth, and my oldest is 5… so I’m constantly using strollers. However, I HATE bulky double strollers, and when I saw this one out and about I was FLOORED at how compact it was, yet how much space there was for little ones! I don’t think they could possibly perfect anything… this stroller is the answer to the wishes of every mommy with lots of littles!!

  • Aura

I like the 1680 denier fabric made to withstand all

The 4-wheel shock absorbing suspension makes me want to go for a ride in the VISTA! I always feel so bad for my younger daughter when I’m pushing her over grass because she looks like she’s getting whiplash, this would be such an upgrade.

  • http://penelopesoasis.blogspot.com/ Penelope

It’s great that it’s so easy to move around, and get up and down stairs.

  • Wendy

I think it’s nice that the stroller has a 3 position seat angle adjustment and can face in opposite directions. I wish there were a video that demonstrates the angle adjustment however.

  • Pam R.

I love their strollers. I was eyeing up the Uppababy g-lite when I was looking for a travel stroller. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a retailer near me who carried them so I could try one before buying and with my hubby and I both being tall and finding it very difficult to find a comfortable umbrella stroller, that was crucial to our decision.

  • Aura

I love how easy it is to reverse and recline the seat, it wasn’t heavy at all and the push button release is a pleasure. Plus the red/green attachment indicators are really nice

  • http://latterightboys.blogspot.com/ Mocha Mama 24

Hoping for another baby sometime and the option of piling 3 kids on the stroller is very enticing!

  • Grace

    Really handy for plane trips.

  • http://thriftycraftmama.blogspot.com maryanne

One thing I love about the vista is that the tires don’t go flat – one less thing to worry about!

  • Amie

I would like to see the three seat positions on the website and see how easy it is to change, maybe in a video. It’s pretty important to me my little girl can take naps in her stroller and I can recline it smoothly without waking her.

  • andy w

Is the bumper bar detachable when folded or does it have to stay on? Is the fabric which covers the bumper bar also removable and washable?

  • Katie

I am in love with the Uppababy Vista! I’ve looked at so many different strollers and I’m convinced this is the one for me. The company has recieved rave reviews about its products and customer service and I can’t wait to be another satisfied customer myself.

I can’t wait for my own Uppababy Vista! I keep an eye out everywhere I go for other mom’s with Vistas so I can ask if they love theirs as much as I think I will love mine. I have yet to see a triple set up though. Amazing set up for 3!

  • http://klausehouse.blogspot.com Anita

I love how compact this stroller gets… huge bonus! I own a Phil & Teds Sport buggy, and this looks very similar to the Phil & Teds Vibe, but better!

  • Wendy

A friend of mine has the UPPAbaby G-Luxe stroller and when she was showing it to me I was very impressed with the recline. The stroller is so lightweight and the fact that you just pull a trigger to unfold is ideal. I wish I could find a Vista around me, if it’s anything like the G-Luxe, it has to be sturdy and easy to use.

  • Kara

Looks like a great design. Only question – when the rumble seat is attached, are the children able to face forward? I don’t know if they would like facing me the whole time. Regardless, it looks like a great stroller.

  • Grace

I like the one click switch on it.

  • http://thriftycraftmama.blogspot.com maryanne

I love that Uppa Baby makes the super-light G-LiTE, and that that stroller works for children weighing up to 40lbs. If only I had the budget to purchase it…

  • andy w

I am wondering as it has the UV protection in the fabric does it have something that would stop it from fading in the sun?

  • amie

I LOVE the bassinet stand. We had a bassinet for Isabelle that attached to her stroller which we thought was great and she liked it too but she did not like it when it was on the floor so when it wasn’t on the stroller we had it on the desk. I think this is a really wonderful thing to offer! Could you offer it in more shades of wood? It would be nice if it could match the rest of our furniture!

  • stacey dempsey

i like the single click switch feature very cool

  • xenia

I always wonder why the seats in strollers are so low that kids can’t see very well and you have to kneel way down to see them. The VISTA’s elevated seat/bassinet height is such a great idea!

  • Courtney

I have always loved the lines, look, and feel of the Bugaboo Cameleon, and this UPPAbaby Vista seems to have all of those similar features, but has improved on all of the negative features of the Cameleon (inaccessible under carriage storage, no second seat option, easily foldable, etc.). My only wish is that the UPPA came in all of the great interchangeable color options that the Cameleon does — I would love to be able to change out the shade color to fit my mood/the season! Good work UPPAbaby!

  • Aura

Although after unsuccessfully trying to locate a local store that has the rumble seat on display (they all told me that it wasn’t going to be shipped until Sept. although the store in DUMBO had it) I successfully convinced my friend to buy it. She has 3 year old twins and is due soon with her third. She still needs a stroller for her twins but wants a nice single too. Well she found exactly what she was looking for in the Uppa Baby (she LOVES the huge basket) but the store told her she can’t order all the extra pieces until they get it in. Oh well, she’s due in Sept. anyways but why do some stores have it and most not?

  • http://thebukiblog.blogspot.com sarah b

Red/green successful attachment indicators!!! SWEET! It’s Husband proof!!!! :)

  • Kate

Amazing looking stroller. The adjustable handlebars are a great feature for the taller than average gal:)

  • Rosie

What a wonderful gift this would make for my first great grand baby, good luck to everyone

  • Wendy

I really like that UPPAbaby has an easy navigation page. Locating retailers is simple with their zip code and radius options. It’s also nice that you can simply just click on your state to find a retailer near you.

  • Aura

I really like the bassinet stand- saves you from having to buy another piece of baby equipment and if really careful you can transfer a sleeping baby from their stroller to their room for the night

  • Jennifer W

I need this for the piggy back board!! I heart this.

  • xenia

The red/green successful attachment indicators are a great idea. You never know when you’re going to think that you have something attached correctly but it ends up being a safety issue if you don’t have a way to check!

  • Kristin Bogle

I’m having a hard time thinking of anything they can improve on! I am very impressed. The only thing I can think of is to maybe have some more feminine colors for their items – I know some people are more into that, so maybe that’s an option?

  • Elizabeth

I like the flexibility of this “triple” as it can so easily be a single, double, or triple. Not bad when you consider what people spend on mulitple strollers over the years!

Besides being thoroughly impressed with the products I very much like the design of the site. It’s ease to get around it was great. I really liked how I could find accessories and replacement accessories which I swear is always like digging for gold on some other sites. My favorite is how you can view the product. I am rarely satisfied as to how you can view a product on a website. Seriously large pictures! I had no problems getting any angle of view and how it is presented is simple and sensible.

  • http://latterightboys.blogspot.com/ Mocha Mama 24

I was thinking it would be nice for the piggyBACK to be able to hold a little more weight. Just the other day we were at a festival and our 5 year old was tired of walking. The only option for him was for my husband to carry him. He weighs right at 50 lbs. I know he’s older but it would be nice to have something that would hold him as well as our 2 other boys.

  • http://klausehouse.blogspot.com Anita

Two things I absolutely love about this stroller

    1. it looks like the stroller basket is quite large underneath…. I tend to need alot of storage so that’s a big plus for us!

    2. I love how you have the option to face your child or have them facing outwards… another huge plus for when you have a babe that sometimes wants to see your face to know your near ;)

I love that with the Vista a child can stand on the piggy back board and face the children sitting in the seats – my oldest daughter would LOVE that!

  • Penelope

I like that so many things are included (covers for example)…it’s a complete system.

  • andy w

I think a cosy toes or foot muff would be a good addition for an accessory as blankets always fall off.

  • amie

A tray that attaches to the bumper bar for snacks and drinks would be a nice accessory to add

  • Grace

Seem like an easy stroller to manouever

  • Wendy

Other than making all of the other mom’s jealous with looks, this stroller would be perfect to demonstrate your strong mom arms… or lack thereof; considering the one second/one motion portability. In fact, you could even help your mom friends with their clumsy strollers after you set yours up so quickly.

What a hassle it would be to be out with your stroller and have one of the tires flat! The VISTA’s rubber-like TPR tires stretched over EVA foam will definitely deliver worry free enjoyment and a smooth ride.

  • Aura

I like the elevated seat so you don’t have to bend down quite so much to attend to your baby

I love that they have videos! It’s great to see the strollers in action.

  • stacey dempsey

i like the way that you can have them facing you or facing away, nice to be able to see them when you are walking

  • Tonya

I noticed the website that they have bug sheilds and rain covers. I was wondering what type of material it was made from and if it would work in the winter months? Some of the covers I have seen in the past, become hard and crack easily.

When I looke through your accessories I am really impressed by the quality yet the affordability of it all, especially compared to other high end strollers that include no accessories with the stroller then charge a fortune for them. The only accessory that I feel seems ovr priced is the bassinet stand which is too bad because I love it.

I love the look of the stroller. But what I think is wonderful is the ability to add on different components as your needs change. I love the red and black color combination.

The website pages showing the dimensions of the VISTA are unique, I don’t think I’ve seen that before and from all of the angles. If you weren’t sure if this was going to fit in your trunk, you can see that it is 32″ long and then literally go measure!

Aside from the stroller, I like UPPAbaby’s commitment to the environment. It’s nice to see recyclable materials on their products and that they donate good-conditioned strollers to charity. I also like that their employees are encouraged to drive hybrid vehicles… even 6’3″ Bob. That’s cute.

  • http://klausehouse.blogspot.com Anita

It would be nice if the extra seat had a bigger sun shade on it, similar to the one for the regualar seat. I like having large sunshades as it gets pretty hot where I live during these hot summer months!

  • Wendy

Unlike other lightweight strollers, the UPPAbaby G-lite stroller is actually pretty snazzy. It doesn’t have the princesses or cartoon characters printed all over it that my husband tends to complain about so no excuses there. It’s not quite as high-tech as the VISTA but the removable and washable pad is a nice touch as are the shock absorbent wheels. I like the carrying strap and the way the stroller folds and sets up quickly and easily.

The retro-fit canopy is a nice accessory and comes in a gorgeous color: Makena. I wish the color was a fabric option on the UPPAbaby strollers and not just the accessory.

Speaking of accessories, I think it’s a great idea to sell a bassinet stand that is compatible with the stroller bassinet. This can definitely save moms to be on extra expenses.

The Bassinet Stand is such a great idea! Not only can your baby sleep comfortably while on the go, but then you can bring them inside and put the bassinet on the stand without disturbing them at all. Now all that needs to be done is to have a strong shelf of some sort that can be added to the top of the stand to turn it into a changing table or storage or something when the baby outgrows the bassinet.

There are so many benefits to the UPPAbaby VISTA stroller, particularly the removable and washable fabrics. Still, I’m curious, does that mean machine washable or is it the sort of fabric that the manufacturer recommends you simply wash with a damp cloth?

I think an important and often overlooked feature is the canopy/ sun shields. More often than not they are just for show on strollers and offer no real protection. I think it is great that they actually have a sun canopy that offers protection!

  • andy

can the car seat slip and the bassinet be attached at the same time? I think this would often be helpful.

  • amie

I Love that the fabrics are machine washable. There is not much direction on how to dry them in the instruction manual. Is it easiest to put it on the frame damp so it dries already stretched out or is the damp not goo for the frame as it says to make sure you dry the frame when you wash it?

  • http://thanksmailcarrier.blogspot.com/ xenia

I like the chain design of the cup holder in that it reduces spillage and can fold out of the way when not in use. Plus, the dual-side attachment points that allow the cup holder to be on either side of the stroller handle is great because us lefties usually get left out!

This is going to sound totally corny but I love the photo that heads the “About Us” section. The mom pushing the stroller is very business casual and the stroller just fits the photo. I love that the stroller looks classy and not gawdy like some strollers. It's 100% unisex.

Removable and machine washable fabric – Always the make or break for me for ANY item. The Vista rocks!

  • andy

Like that all the manuals are available online! This is such a helpful feature.

  • amie

I finally saw the Uppa vista in real life today, unfortunately the sales associate wasn't very helpful and when I asked her about it she just said it was versitile but didn't show me how so I had to figure out how to use it myself. It seems pretty user friendly and I'm sure if I had a manual there it would have been even better. The seat seemed comfortable, nicely padded. The seat seemed cosy. I like the style of the bumper bars. I didn't think the strap covers reflected the quality of the rest of the product. I felt the handle bars were a little wide, almost uncomfortable. The steering and turning was nice. I didn't like the big plastic 'button' for the telescopic handle in the middle of the handle, that was uncomfortable for me and I think I would play with it a lot. I am 5'11 and it was a comfortable height for me. I didn't feel the telescopic handle adjusted the height as much as it seemed to effect the distance between me and the baby, I think I prefer pivoting height adjustable handles (like the mountain buggy.) I really liked the piggy back board, seemed so study and high quality. The stroller I saw was in marlin (green) colour. I wasn't a huge fan or of the fabric, i don't really like the sheen in it. The fabric, in my opinion, kind of cheepens the great stroller. The basket is huge which I love, I loved how the foot rest rises to give easy access to the basket. I thought that it would be easy for anything small in the basket (soother/pacifier etc.) to slip through the wide holes in the fabric around the axel. There are MANY things I love about this stroller but these were a few things I observed in real life and some disappointed me after admiring it for so long online.

  • esarah

Wow! What an amazing stroller. I love all the features and how well they are explained on the website. Easy to understand as well! Love it!

  • amie

I like that there is a 'peekaboo' flap in the sunshade so I can see the baby. I'm guessing it is made of mesh so it provides ventilation too. I think it would be good if it was made of clear plastic or there was a secondary clear plastic flap because I like to see my baby but I don't want her to get wet through the hole if it's raining.

  • andy

I love the bubble, I think it's great but it seems like it would be impossible to see your baby through the sun/rain sheild which is too bad. It does seem like it would be good for when the baby is sleeping though!

  • melissadwilliams

I would like to see a wider variety of colors available, and maybe even some prints!

  • http://thanksmailcarrier.blogspot.com/ xenia

I think the upgrades that the 2009 VISTA has over the 2008 model (un-dyed organic soy & cotton lining in all bassinets, an increased seating capacity from birth up to 50 lbs instead of 40 lbs and a pop-out sun canopy providing for more sun protection) are all really important ones. After all of the feedback on here, I'm also looking forward to seeing what changes are made to the 2010 model!

  • Wendy W.

As neutral as the colors are for the UPPAbaby strollers, I would definitely like to see more color options. I'm partial to pink… husbands aren't of course, but some more girlish options would be nice to choose from. Also, on the VISTA, I don't know if it's just my computer but the “Myles” color appears in the color block as turquoise, yet on the sample stroller, it looks as if it's baby blue. It's slightly misleading as the other colors are almost an exact match.

The basket underneath the VISTA stroller is huge. I didn't realize how big it was until I saw the photo of the baby standing next to the stroller on the “Community” page. Typically I would worry about fitting everything in a stroller but that basket is big enough for a purse, diaper bag, and whatever else I would want to bring. I'm thinking theme park usage.

  • melissadwilliams

I think the website is great–very easy to navigate (although it is slow-loading for me).

  • andy

I like that nothing sticks out from the wheels. On the stroller we have the middle of the wheels stick out and I am forever catching it on things!

  • amie

When I saw it in the store the bassinet was sold with a navy metal stand that had wheels. Is that also an Uppa baby product? It was a lot cheeper tan the wooden stand online but not as attractive. I did like that the stand had 2 wheels so it could be moved easily.

  • http://thanksmailcarrier.blogspot.com/ xenia

I few days ago I said I liked the design of the cup holder and I still do. However, I just now realized that the VISTA doesn't come with one and it has to be purchased separately for $24.99. I'm thinking that if you're already paying $669.99 for the stroller that one should be included and then have the option of buying a second one to add on.

I really can not stand this new comment system. It takes a really long time to load, it doesn't register my comments if I leave it anonymously and don't register for Disqus and if you're not careful it subscribes you to comments- YUCK!

At least I like the Uppa Baby stroller. After trying the buggyboards on other strollers and seeing how awkward it is to push with a child between you and the stroller and the infant unable to recline I started liking something I originally didn't about the Uppa Baby. I thought it was pretty odd that instead of the handlebar swiveling up and down for height adjustments like most stroller bar handles do, it just extends up pushing you farther away from the infant. But, you're gaining something very important- room for the child on the buggyboard!

  • melissadwilliams

Wow, it folds up so small! That is really important to me, because my husband and I both have compact cars!

  • Wendy W.

I really like the pdf application of the VISTA closed. The rear and side measurements are absolutely helpful while planning on travel and if the stroller will be right for your vehicle.

  • Anonymous

tried the stroller out today, my son really liked the stroller bar and was shocked when I layed him back. Unlike ordinary strollers now matter how hard he tried he couldn’t sit himself up (I guess it’s because his feet were elevated). One annoying thing I found was that the crotch strap is not adjustable. When sitting him down I accidentally sat him on it and had to reach all the way under him to find it. I can’t imagine sitting on a strap is too comfortable either and he’s only 18 months how would it fit an almost 3 year old nicely?

  • http://thanksmailcarrier.blogspot.com/ xenia

I watched the How To Fold Video for the VISTA thinking that it was going to be pretty boring but, since I haven't actually seen the stroller in person, it was actually pretty cool to see it fold down so compactly just by pressing one button and snapping down the handle. What a great stroller!

  • melissadwilliams

I love that this stroller could be the only stroller you'd need from birth on up, and even for multiple children! It makes it more than worth the price to not have to go through 3 or 4 different strollers!

  • Wendy W.

I'm in love with the idea of this stroller standing up by itself when it is folded, I can't stand the way any other stroller we've had ends up lying all over the garage and falling down and on and on. My husband even ran into one with his car because it had fallen down from leaning against the wall in the garage! Now you know why we could really use this one!

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com/ Emily B.

I love that the carrier is lined with a blend of cotton and soybean fiber – I would love to see them go farther and switch to unbleached cotton (if they don't use that already, I couldn't find that information) – or switch completely away from cotton to soybean, hemp or bamboo.

  • Wendy W.

The tires on the VISTA stroller are really stylish. I like that they are rubber coated chrome and that they never go flat… one less thing to worry about.

  • aahaft

The puncture proof foam tires sound really convenient- never having to pump them or worrying about blowouts

  • amybrewer

  • aliciadawn

This stroller is fab-u-lous. I went to the website to see if I could use my critical eye, but the layout was thought through with all details readily available. Colors, pricing, stroller details – all in plain view.

  • andy

It says it is good up to 50lbs but is there a height limit? Sometimes, as a first time expectant parent, it's hard to know roughly how old 50lbs is or what that means. Maybe some kind of chart, pictures or comparison to other stollers would be helpful?

  • amie

I felt that the lining of the bassinet wasn't as soft as I had expected after reading the description online, it seemed quite thin. Are there replacement covers if it wears or tears, is this covered by any kind of warranty?

I love the Photoshare portion of the website. It's nice to be able to see the UPPAbaby strollers on the beach, in the city, and on dirt and paved roads. No matter what terrain, the babies look so happy and the strollers seem to hold up well.

  • amie

I don't see much advertised about a warranty on the website. When we were choosing between very similar strollers one had a one year warranty and the other a 3 year warrant and that was part of the decision for us as a longer warranty inspires more confidence in the product. I think it would be good if you offered a warranty or if you already do make it more obvious on the website.

I also think it's really great that UPPAbaby has “work at home” opportunities for moms and heavy commuters. Sounds like a company that really cares about its employees.

I love reading all the rave reviews on UPPAbaby's strollers. It can't be a coincidence that the G-lite was voted “Best Overall” by Babble Best, and then featured numerously on KidoInfo. The Bump also voted the Vista as one of the Top-5 strollers. Apparently, everyone's in the know.

  • dcoughli

I think more detailed photos of the different aspects / features. The stroller itself looks awesome. It looks like you could just about stuff it in a suit case (ya know, if you ever wanted to do something like that).

I would think that the child in the rumbleseat would need to be one complacent or shy child to want to be the one in that position, not being able to see in front of them or be seen by anyone. Great for the sleeping tot though I suppose.

  • http://thanksmailcarrier.blogspot.com/ xenia

UPPAbaby is “located in a primarily non-climate controlled, historical factory building with window AC units that we use sparingly during only the hottest of summer days.” I can't even claim to be that green when it's summer!

  • melissadwilliams

I would really like to see a video of three kids in the Vista at one time…I am a visual person, and the whole arrangement doesn't really make sense to me unless I can see it in action.

  • Wendy W.

Okay, this might be a silly suggestion but on the front page where the black and white intro is, it would be nice to be able to click on the stroller that scrolls by on the pictures. it would also be nice if the strollers would transform from the line drawings to the actual photo and then move on to the next product.

I really like the recline- it's so easy and seamless the child could sleep through it

  • amie

I would like it if the rumble seat was available in different colour options, to match the main seat instead of just black

  • andy

I don’t see any carrying handles on the bassinet, I think this would be a helpful addition as it can be hard to unclip the bassinet and not have it tip without holding handles, it would also make it easier to carry

  • melissadwilliams

I like that the stroller is reasonably lightweight!

  • Wendy W.

I think it's great that you can buy a separate mattress for the VISTA's bassinet. Not only is it organic, but it's only $15. You could easily use this set for your other children or purchase a new mattress if you wanted to swap the stroller with a friend. Very good idea.

  • Ashley

I love that they have a huge environmental conscience. I think their products look durable, lightweight, and very comfortable for both adult and child.

  • aahaft

As I am due to have 3 kids under 2 some time in January I am going to need some sort of triple stroller. This is going to be my first singleton after 2 sets of twins and my babies will be in school for a few hours during the day so the Uppa Baby Vista as a luxurious single with multiple child options is looking like a real possible option. I love that it's a great single stroller that can be adapted to hold 3 but I'm really hoping that some improvements are made before I need it. The rumble seat is just way too close to the seat and I find that there is no room for the child in the rumble seat to breath or move. It needs to be farther back and minimally able to recline. There are very few local stores that carry the rumble seat and piggy back and even fewer that have all pieces on the floor to try out (I haven't found one yet!) and it's really frustrating that the stores that do have it don't even know how to use the rumbleseat with different seat positions. There is no hangtag on the rumbleseat showing the different configurations nor are there any pictures or videos on the website with it in actual use. I have a few more months to go but I'm definitely going to need to see the Uppa baby with attachments in the use before making the investment.

  • http://thanksmailcarrier.blogspot.com/ xenia

It seems like no matter what time of day we go for a walk, the sun is always hitting my daughters in the face in at least one direction so I love to know that the sun canopy of the VISTA really does come all the way down to protect them from it.

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com/ Emily B.

I wish they had a way to find Canadian retailers on their website! There's one way they could improve it.

  • http://thanksmailcarrier.blogspot.com/ xenia

It's great that the “carrier is fully lined with a blend of organic soybean & cotton so every inch of material that touches your baby’s skin is a wholesome, hygienic alternative to synthetic fabrics.” That's a great feature!

  • Wendy W.

It's such a relief to see that the VISTA is only 24 pounds with the frame and seat, or with the bassinet, 27. I love strollers that aren't bulky and the UPPAbaby Vista is stylish, easy to fold, and has every option available that you could ever want.

  • aahaft

They really are a green company. I love that they donate their slightly imperfect strollers to charity and they recycle materials in old and used strollers. Maybe they should offer consumers some sort of recycling program for their used strollers

I was reading through some of the press links on the website and noticed that the fit pregnancy one says that the handle bar reverses with the seat or bassinet in place but that isn't the impression I go from reading the website. Is this true because it sounds great?

  • dewer421

I love that they have videos about their products!

I like the g-luxe because the recline is important to me but prefer the colours of the g-lite

I really like the sitemap on the UPPAbaby website. I was able to easily access it from my Iphone and it didn't take long to load at all. It definitely helps with internet users who might not have dsl and be stuck on dial up. It's always nice to see the option offered on websites.

  • melissadwilliams

It's great that the company is so environmentally conscious!

  • Wendy W.

Strollers with bassinets have always been a weakness of mine, perhaps it's because they remind me of taking my baby dolls for a walk when I was a little girl. Nonetheless, I really like that UPPAbaby has made the VISTA stroller suitable from birth to fifty pounds. The elevated bassinet brings the baby closer to mom and it's reversible so you can have baby facing you or the rest of the world.

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com/ Emily B.

Another great feature of this amazing great stroller, besides its good looks, is that it has
one second and one motion portability. I only have 2 hands and 4 kids so the more I can do with only 1 hand, well the better. Thanks for this giveaway, you and Uppa are amazing.

All of the videos offered on the website are actually really helpful, usually if sites even offer videos they are pretty boring and hard to follow. Good job UPPAbaby!

  • amie

It seems like reclining the seat would be really smooth and the great sunshade can be folded down when the seat is reclined to make it a nice cozy sleep environment, blocking out distractions

  • amypugmire

I subscribe to u. and I love all their products. their strollers look very sturdy and realible

  • andy

I like it when strollers have pockets for keys, soothers and stuff, I notice it has a pocket for cell phones. I think it would be nice if there was one or 2 zippered pouches/pockets on the basket because some things you don’t want just rolling around in the basket.

  • Wendy W.

The red/green indicators on the UPPAbaby VISTA stroller are a luxury. It would definitely assure me that the stroller is assembled correctly and that my baby and I have nothing to worry about.

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com/ Emily B.

  • melissadwilliams

The webpage is really nice-looking, with all the black and white photos and everything.

  • Wendy W.

I think the videos on the UPPAbaby website are incredibly informative. I really like the foot operated break and the spring down basket. The flying axle is also nice as it provides extra leg room

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com/ Emily B.

To me, a page that shows a summary of the differences between their products would be helpful.
I have not heard of this company before. Their product looks like (and is priced similar to) the MacLaren strollers. Info on where you can see these products in person would be great??? (I don't want to drop that kind of money on a product I have never touched when there are plenty of other models at Babies R Us that I can try out)
I think it's cute that the stroller colors have kid's names.

My only suggestion would be more colors like pink or lavender. The site is great super user friendly and the videos are awesome. I love that the stroller can be made to accomodate more then 1 child so you do not have to buy another stroller when you add children to your family. This would be great for us since my son does not like walking for long periods of time and my daughter still needs to be in teh stroller when we are out, this is just what we need! Great contest!

I really like that the original articles are put in a pdf file so you can see the actual document rather than copy and pasted text.

  • http://thefabulouswon.blogspot.com babysmamatimes4

So this is what I like, and why. The Uppa has 4-wheel shock absorbing suspension this is great for me because the sidewalks around my house are ghetto. What do I mean by that, you ask? Well they are all broken up and not easy to ride on, well I'm guessing its not an easy ride (I don't get to ride). Maybe I should walk on the road…hum, anyhow this perk would be great! Thanks.

  • Wendy W.

UPPAbaby has an easy to navigate website and it's jam-packed with information. The videos are fantastic, as is the community section, testimonials, and press pages. However, I wish the Intro page allowed you to click the strollers as they pop up in black and white.

  • terribee

The opening page of your website does not seem to do your company and wonderful products justice. Needs more color maybe, and possibly less black and white pics in the intro. Thanks for this opportunity to critique, love your products!

  • amie

I would like to see a zippered window on the bassinet rain cover so you can access the baby without removing the cover. Nothing is said about this in the features.

  • melissadwilliams

I'd really like to see videos of the stroller with kids in it, so I could see it in action!

I love the idea of the eco-inspired Organic Bassinet. Lined with a blend of cotton and soybean fiber, every inch of material that touches your baby’s sensitive skin is a wholesome, hygienic alternative to synthetic fabrics … this is fantastic since the carseat I am presently using for my son has a nylon backing – prevents air circulation – traps heat and leads to diaper rash.
I also love the attitude/mission of the company:
    # Recycle materials in old and used strollers.
    # Donate functional but not “A-grade” strollers to charity.
    # Operate a warehouse on each coast, helping to reduce truck delivery emissions.
    # Allow “work at home” opportunities for moms and heavy commuters.

It looks like the stroller can't be folded whe the seat is facing you, that it can only fold if the seat is facing away from you. I am not sure if I am right in this observation as it is not clear to me on the website.

  • andy

I really like that the harness is padded, we had to go out and buy padded straps for ours. My daughter loves to chew on the padded straps so I am wondering if these are made from safe, organic material that is safe to chew? If not that would be my suggestion.

  • Wendy W.

UPPAbaby manufactures a lot of great strollers. Along with the VISTA I am really impressed by the G-Luxe. It's lightweight, reclines 120 degrees, has a pop-out SPV visor, and has shock-absorbing wheels. I'm really impressed by their products.

It seems like the seat back is rather short for a taller toddler, could anything be done about this? It looks like the sunshade would be in the way of a taller child's head

We checked out this stroller at the store today – and my husband and I were both impressed with how sturdy, light, and stylish it was – also the wheels are really something! Nice and big, and grippy even on slippery surfaces.

It is very important to have removable/machine washable fabric when I choose a stroller or car seat. Kids eat, Kids drink, Kids are messy!! I can't handle expensive products for kids that require great lengths to clean. Thanks again for the entry.

  • http://emilyisland.blogspot.com/ Emily B.

  • http://thanksmailcarrier.blogspot.com/ xenia

I like the option of the switching the wheels on the VISTA. I'm pretty much urban, but I think that using the 2.25″ all-terrain wheels would probably be really nice when the 1.75″ urban wheels seem too small or wouldn't give as smooth of a ride.

Though I love the color options for the Vista and the other UPPAbaby strollers, (as they are neutral) it would be nice to see patterns or bright colors available. Even if they don't come standard, I would like to see them as an option for the extra fabric you can buy or for additional padding, etc.

  • http://barefootmommies.com/ Liz

  • http://thanksmailcarrier.blogspot.com/ xenia

Since the strollers look so great, I'd like to see more UPPA accessories to go with them. Maybe a matching diaper bag? Especially one that can somehow hook onto the handle of the VISTA but not be in the way of a child being on the piggyBACK. Is that even possible? I would think that if someone was going to be buying such a great stroller that they would spend a little more for a great bag, too.

  • http://thefabulouswon.blogspot.com babysmamatimes4

I think those tires are amazing!!! The Rubber-coated chrome finish tires are just what I need. My old stroller's tires are small, plastic, and bumpy. It's difficult to push as well. This looks light and a breeze. Thanks Crista and Uppa for the chance to win.

My umbrella stroller has been great for my older daughter, but I am really annoyed that it doesn't recline so that my younger daughter could take a nap in it. The G-LUXE Stroller definitely looks like it would be a major upgrade in that department.

I love how well made these strollers are!

  • melissadwilliams

I would really like a wider range of colors and cute prints to be available!

I've noticed recently times where the harness on my daughter's car seat or stroller cuts into her chubby little neck, I love that this one is padded so that it won't bother her like that!

My sister in law would love it for her new baby!

I am really becoming quite the Eco-Mama so I really appreciate that the bassinet and the fabric for stroller is organic, soybean, and cotton. I love when distributors truly care about the health and safety of our babies/kids. Some companies just through things together with whatever/without a care. Thanks for the extra.

I like that the unit collapses to fit in a compact space.

I really like the red-green attachment indicators!

I like that the new G-LUXE is the lightest full-size umbrella stroller with recline. It would be great to have a reclining umbrella stroller that is easy to transport because it is so light.

I love that the seat is reversible on the UPPAbaby VISTA. However, I've noticed with a lot of strollers that when you allow baby to face you, the stroller doesn't push/ride as well. The bigger wheels on the front of the VISTA though allow me to believe that this could be different.

I really like the UPPA Baby website – I like their layout and their photos and I'm very impressed by how serious they are about protecting the environment as well as our precious little ones. They recycle, they donate, they provide “work-at-home” opportunities . . . the list goes on. Sounds like a great company to work for and to buy from.

The padded harness is a huge plus.

The red to green indicators on the UPPAbaby VISTA are a great feature. After watching reviews on babygizmo.com, I was really impressed by how easy it is to switch from the bassinet to the regular seat. Also, I like that there is a cup holder available. Yay!

  • melissadwilliams

I love that the handlebar height is adjustable!

I love that it comes with so many accessories, and has such a flexible design. My Zooper Boogie was similar in that regard, but since it's discontinued, I'd definitrely recommend this instead. Plus, I'll keep in mind for when #2 (or 3?) comes along!

  • melissadwilliams

I would like to see videos of the stroller in action, with 1, 2, or 3 kids in it! That would help visualize the whole thing!

  • Wendy W.

I love the rumble seat on the UPPAbaby VISTA. It's perfect if you have another little one who wants to be close to his/her sibling. I especially like that you can even face the baby while still using the rumble seat. UPPAbaby has thought of it all.

ugg. I skipped a couple daily entries this week, I hate when I get busy! I just found that the Vista has red/green indicators for positioning right. How did I not see that option before?? I love it!

I never thought I would be impress by any other stroller than the Bugaboo Cameleon. But finances forced me to look for a cheaper alternative. May I just say cheaper but not cheap. The UppaBaby Vista stroller is fantastic!!! First of all, I must say, I love the look. But what surprised me the most are all the little extras you get for such a good price. There are so many things I love that I cannot name them all but I will mention a few: the one-step fold with or without the seat attached. Way to make my life easier. The pop-out canopy extention is a wonderful idea so is the cup holder which does not get in the way when it is time to fold the stroller. All these little extras tell me that this company really want to make my life easier and my baby confortable.

    I love this stroller!

Love the adjustable handlebar height!! Works perfect for a short mommy and tall daddy to push at ease! They have thought of everything!!

I kept getting the “Internal Server Error” message all of last night, I couldn't come comment on here! Aaah! I did see that Consumer Reports included the UPPAbaby G-LiTE as a best buy for single strollers in August 2009, that's such great press because everyone trusts Consumers!

I love your vision of creating eco-friendly products and being greenminded. Having twins has giving me a greater appreciation of weights of strollers! I love that your umbrella stroller is only a little over 8lbs!

  • andy

I really like that the brake can be activated on both wheels with one foot, this is a handy feature

  • amie

I looked on youtube at some other video demos of the Vista and found they answered a lot of questions that your website left unanswered. I found it really helpful to see a video demo of the different configurations for having 2 children in it and close ups of how things attach and how it folds and unfolds.

  • melissadwilliams

I love the reversible handle so the baby can face the parent!

  • Wendy W.

The SPF 50 canopy is so large compared to other strollers. Not to mention it gets even larger. The UPPAbaby VISTA definitely offers ultimate sun protection.

  • Jenn Jones

I read the features of all three stroller designs and the features are quite impressive; however, I did not see mention of a brake on any of the strollers. Do they have brakes? If not, that would be my suggestion. It seems you thought of everything else….I would be super excited to win this stroller!!! Thanks for the chance!

like the 2 neoprime pockets to hold bottles/sippy cups in the already fabulously large basket

  • Deseree

As a mom-to-be shopping for a stroller, I like the options for converting the stroller into different configurations and the fact that it interfaces easily with standard infant car seats. It looks perfect!

I just realized that the email address I've been using isn't the one that I was signed up as a Bellaziza VIP with – yikes! I quickly signed up this email address too, because that would be heartbreaking to not win because I used the wrong address! Anyway, I was just reading through the Vista testimonials and I think it's great that so many people love their stroller and are glad they bought it over the Bugaboo. I couldn't afford either one, but it's fun to know that this is the best!

I like the safety strap but it looks really long, can you adjust it to the length you require?

  • mindyfalmer

The Vista looks amazing. I have only ever seen tripple strollers that seat one child in front of the next and so on. That makes for a really long stroller. All of the other additions to it are neat to. The bassinet, the sun screen, the fact that it can reverse so the child is looking at you. I love it. The only draw back is the price. It's a little more than we can spend on a stroller right now.

  • andy

I like that the front wheels can lock so it can handle rougher terrain, this is great for beach and forest walks!

  • amie

I have seen on other websites that the vista comes witha boot (foot muff) which looks great but I don't see this on your webpage. Has this been discontinued? It really looked like a fabulous thing!

I love that to angle the seat on the VISTA, all you have to do is pull the lever near the top of the seat and tilt it to the desired position. When it comes time to put your sleeping child down in the stroller, it’s great that it’s that easy!

I love the floating arch rear axle that prevents toe-stubbing. I stub my toes ALL the time on strollers and it drives me crazy!

  • amie

It looks like it has features of a jogging stroller, with the great suspension etc. but it doesn’t say if it is recommended for jogging or not. If it is I think they should make more of a feature of that on the website.

I like seeing that all UPPAbaby “questions, concerns and inquiries are handled directly by the very people you see listed on this website. Even Bob, the Owner, takes calls and will work to answer your questions.” So many companies are so big that everything is impersonal and you end up talking to an employee that doesn’t really care or take the time to want to help you that much.

I would love this stroller!! With a baby on the way and tons of nieces and nephews, I could sure use this!
