I wasn’t overly impressed. The styles for boys seemed old fashioned. I would have liked more primary colors and hipper styles. But then again I like that more modern look.

I love how cozy but, cute their clothes look. The Vincent overall and the nautic bodysuit are among my faves. I enjoyed reading their philosophy of dressing baby as baby because that is actually how I like to dress my son but, is surprisingly hard to find babyish clothes. I love this line of baby clothing.

I really like the products, they are very soft and attractive. I do not like the website. Everything is so out of focus (too soft) that it is hard to see the items.

First of all, there is not a single item in the Newborn Basics section that I don’t love! Also, the statement that impressed me was, “At babycottons we intend to maintain the natural bond between the baby and those who relate with him.” What a wonderful company! No wonder why they’re still going strong after 10 years!

I’ve seen Babycottons products and their designs are so cute ! It would be hard to improve on a perfect product but I would like to see a line for MOMS of similar plain or matching T shirts; both long sleeve and short sleeve. Thanks

How cute is that polo cardigan! Like their philosophy: The quality of the softest Pima cotton, plus our delicate colors and classic designs maintain that natural perception towards the child.

Very pretty clothes, but it is hard to see them. The clothes are mainly white and pastel and the background is white so it kind of mushes together. They should try to find a way to enhance the contrast to make things more visible.

The clothing looks like quality stuff, very nice.

I like the smocked girls dresses, but it is a little difficult to see the details. I would like to see a “zoom” option

I really like the refreshing colors of the site. It feels very clean baby like. The explanation of how the company was formed was really nice. The clothes are clean, crisp looking. They are a little expensive for as basic as they are. I would drop them maybe $5 to $10. Or sale them more. I would think this would bring another bracket of buyers. Otherwise the clothes are cute and fun.

My sister just had a little one in December. She now has three little men ages 4, 2 and 9 weeks. This site promotes a wonderful bond between the child and the caregiver. The site was just so soothing to look at and the products look like they would carry over that idea.

One thing I noticed about their website that they might want to consider.

I’m using a laptop and I found it difficult to see the light pink outline pictures above each of the categories unless I tilted my screen at a specific angle. The pictures were just so light it was hard to see them unless I looked at the screen a specific way. They might consider making them darker or putting a more contrasting background behind them.

I’m not a pastely kind of person I prefer bright vibrant colors but the Little Hen pattern is adorable.

I love that they use pima cotton. One note about their site, though: when I click on the categories, it appears the pages are blank– no proucts. It took a minute for me to realize that I had to scroll all the way down on my screen to see anything, which I’m sure they didn’t intend. I use Internet Explorer, whatever the latest version is (9?).

First of all they start with Pima cotton, the breathable safe fabric for my little ones. Secondly, they use a few basic designs and make clothing that is of the finest quality which makes my children look really good. What more could a mom ask for?

I could not love the marilou smock dotted dress anymore than I do. Their baby clothes are classic..I had a dress like this one when I was little. Obviously this one is with finer fabrics but I love the look. Thanks.

I’ma huge fan of Pima cotton, so the fact that they use it is a huge plus!

I happen to put on only the softest cotton on my babies aka pima cotton so I’m glad that’s the only cotton they use. It’s nice that they have a selection of organic cotton items although I do wish I could find a larger selection of items above 12m. The items in the Peter collection are really cute especially the short playsuit

Although I adore their products, their “Philosophy Statement” needs improving (well, you asked) – it primarily describes their use of Pima cotton, but does not describe their products, how they are made and under what conditions. “We intend to maintain the natural bond between the baby and those who relate with him”? What does that mean? Are they trying to say how cute their baby clothes are? And, what does that have to do with bonding? Other than that, their stores are located in FL, NJ and NY. I live in CA. I did fall in love with the boy’s playsuits, especially the “Logo Basic Playsuit” with long sleeves ($38), the Polo Cardigan ($45) and the Green Peter Footie ($39), so I’ll be needing that $150 GC to buy them! LOL

Everything looks so cozy it makes me wish I could wear it. The site is easy enough to navigate, but the images are very hard to see unless you zoom way in. All the colors and patterns look muted and I think they need more contrast.

The little girl items are tooo cute

I like the items they have, but they also need some in gender neutral styles. That way if you’re invited to a baby shower where the parents are still expecting and have elected not to know the sex of the baby before birth, you have a choice of something to give. I mean something in greens or yellows as an option, which could be used on either a baby boy or baby girl depending on which it will become. Site is easy to get around. They need a few more design options too. Yet, I really like that you know they are a successful business in 5 countries. If I ever get back to Florida I’d like to visit their in store shops. I like the Mrilou clothes and toys for newborn girls, they look very sweet and very functionable. I love the baby girl outfits with all the chickens too. The Pima Cotton looks very soft.

Just browsing through the girl section – most things are white or another very light colo, and against the white background they are hard to see. If the background were slightly tinted (even the light blue of the borders) the items would be easier to view.

I like that they only use the highest quality softest Pima Cotton and they have some organic pieces. Some of the boy clothes are a little more “frilly/sissy” than I would normally go for but my mom always fussed at me for not getting my first son’s pictures taken in more “baby” looking clothes. I am sure that you would agree with me that there is absolutely nothing cuter in this world than to see your naked baby smiling at you. They are just so happy when you take off their clothes and lie skin to skin next to you. Right? That is the natural bond that we want to maintain. We do not want our brand or piece of clothing to come in between that, you and your baby!

As we have no alternative but to dress up our children (and we are thankful for that obviously!), we try to create clothing that does not interupt that harmonious experience. That is why you will never see a huge BABYCOTTONS patchwork across one of our PJs or onesies. We don’t want your child to be a living banner for our brand. We just put a small embroidery of our signature bunny in the clothing, with the same color thread as the garment. Hardly noticeable…but there to guarantee its an authentic babycottons!”

I love that the clothes are made of Pima cotton – the softness of the material and that the colors keep from fading. The items seem so comfortable and easy to maintain. The children’s robes (in the Marilou and Polo collections) are adorable and sure to much loved.

I think their clothing is lovely; it all looks so soft and sweet and, well, babylike. The colors are perfect for baby and the patterns are delicate. I especially like the organic “humita”.

I fell in love with the smock marilou dotted dress. It is just adorable. I love the way this site is such a mom friendly site and they show so well how much they care about comfort and style for your baby. What a wonderful site and clothes which are so soft and so gentle for your baby.

I love the marilou smock dotted dress. It is absolutely adorable. As for the site, I had to get really close to the computer screen to see some of the picures, because they were almost the same shade as the screen. They didn’t show up very well. Don’t get me wrong, I love the products and styles they have, bu probably wouldn’t go back there too often because it strains the eyes.

I saw lots of items on the winter clearance page I would use!

Pima Cotton is a really soft and kind fabric for baby clothes. When they are small they need that. I love that most are organic.

They use Pima cotton. I would never have to worry about any kind of skin irritation. This cotton is so soft!!!! I love it. the colors match the cotton well, also! All of the colors are sweet, soft, pastel colors. I think this company is doing a great thing by using this kind of cotton (sorry I went back to the cotton) because skin irritation is a big thing for me with my son and this really helps reduce/prevent it.

I love that the harvesting of Peruvian Pima Cotton is done by hand resulting in a brilliant white shade which takes beautifully to dyes. Magical!

I like the Polo Playsuit

I love their styles and the quality seems excellent. I was happy to see that they have a few organic items, though I would hope to see a lot more in the near future, for the sake of the babies wearing these clothes, the workers who grow and harvest the cotton and the health of our planet overall. Production of conventional cotton is pesticide-intensive. Thanks for this giveaway!

First off, thank you for offering such great giveaways on here. Babycotton offers such a variety of the cutest things. I particularily liked the baby boys short alls. how cute! I ‘d love to add some of their apparrel to our newborn’s collection. (well new to be here in 4 weeks)!

I enjoyed reading about the growing/hand harvesting of the Pima cotton. It lets me know these are high quality, comfortable products. I personally liked the outfits, even though others thought they were old fashioned. I would have liked a much better close up of the embroidery work – really close up to see the details.
