My son is 3 1/2 months and loves the Plan Spin bells–he likes to look at the colors of the bells and try to bat at it with his hands. He is beginning to put them in his mouth, but I’m not worried at all since I know that they are non-toxic!

I think their toys would be fantastic in my boys’ room!

I love that the toys are green, of course, but I also love that children can use their imagination to play with them. They aren’t toys where you press a button and the same action happens over and over. Even if the toy has a purpose, such as the percussion set, children can use it any way they see fit. It’s much more exciting!

What great looking toys! I am trying to find new things for my 7 year old…and it is difficult…so I am going to go through everyday and find something that would be good for her. She has a significant disability that makes buying toys very difficult.

Nice enviro friendly toys. I wish all toy companies would step up to the Plan Toys way of doing things.

The toys are cute and look durable. The company seems to be seizing on this “Green” concept that is becoming more and more promoted lately. Personally I like wooden toys, they have a traditional feel about them and are just generally cool… and Plan Toys seems to have a fantastic collection available. All the “Green” speak though that I’m seeing everywhere, honestly, is beginning to get a little annoying. If I were to buy Plan Toys products, it’d be because the wooden toys they offer are totally awesome… not because I’m guilted into applying the “Green” concept into every area of my life – even when it comes to buying toys for children.

It looks like they are hard to destroy. Great quality.

I love that the toys are simple but durable. I also like that they are wood instead of plastic.

Their ‘Adaptive Toys for Children with Special Needs’ is a really great idea. The toys focus on the conditions Visual Impairment, Cerebral Palsy and Autism.

My Sisters Husband was born with Cerebral Palsy so I know that this line will really touch some families out there who needed a company to care about children who do have special needs.

Another product that would be great for my family is 5337 fruit and vegetables play set. Working with cutting is a great fine motor skill to work on with my daughter. These being wooden look like they would hold up so much nicer than many other brands.

I love the washing machine, refrigerator, and the shopping cart. All there stuff is very cute and appears durable. I love that they try to minimize there impact on the environment.

I like the idea that Plan Toys has received many awards. That way you know they are safe.

I was looking through their HUGE selection of toys and spotted the WoodPecker Walker–this is the cutest toy! The woodpeckers “peck” as it is pushed. Not only does this look cool but it also helps with gross motor development! I think I found my son birthday present!

Their website is amazingly easy to navigate – I love that they have tips and information on child development, and then suggested products for each milestone. That makes looking for gift ideas so easy. My son is 20 months, so I know what a 20 month boy likes, but my niece is 4, and I don’t really know what a 4 year old girl likes – their site suggests a lacing toy, blocks or the Creative City Building Set, all of which she would love (according to her mom!).

The company is great for offering this wonderful giveaway. Great products.

I love that Plan Toys are good for the earth!

I really like those dress up animals. That is such an original way to help preschoolers master those dressing skills. I like the wooden dressing animals better than those plush dress up dolls from years past!

I just love these toys. I love the concertina that they make!

I like the percussion set. I know it would get annoying after a while, but it looks well made and I know my boys would enjoy driving me crazy with it!

What a wonderful company. Yesterday while navigating around I noticed their “plan brings smile” page. They had some therapists help and designed a few toys for different special needs children. These toys they donate to organizations to help. Having two special needs children I saw them and thought they looked great. I am going to pass the info onto my childrens therapists. The toys look fun and therapeutic!

I love these toys. They are well made and the company stands for so many things that I believe in. My favorites are the wooden toys and dollhouses.

I love that Plan Toys uses real wood to create their toys… the less plastic in my home, the happier I am.

I like their food and beverage set. I think it would be great if Plan expanded to other food genres such as Japanse food, Chinese food, Italian, etc. to expand their line of wooden play food.

The Noah’s Ark play set looks really great and would be a great way for the grandkids to learn all about Noah and his Ark. Of course you know its well constructed!

So not only do they use a natural resource that would normally be wasted, but they are also working to restore a wilderness area that was destroyed by fire (the Phu Luang Forest, which they are replanting). Just reading through their website may make me decide to never buy any toy that WASN’T made by Plan Toys!

Plan Toys beautiful wooden toys develop a child’s sense of wonder and discovery. I want to win some for my new grandbaby.

I’m obsessive about education, and I think these toys are perfect for teaching our kids. There’s science in the crane set, the rail set, the vehicles (can you just see their minds working?) the impulse, the wonderful blocks.. oh my gosh have you seen those wonderful blocks?!

You could use the Plan City for social studies, with a little thought you could provide materials for learning about land and water forms. Add some word cards and make language arts fun! Teach colors, counting, addition, subtraction- hey go into multiplication and division. Why not?

The musical instruments are great! My son has a whole band room full of instruments, but a lot of times they break after a few ‘performances’….(he’s two) These toys seem strong enough for any maestro!

I like the Plan City. Even though those building-type toys tend to be marketed to boys, when I was a young girl, I actually loved them too (perhaps a reflection of my creative nature). However, one thing I was always disappointed in as a child was that the playmats never changed. If I was a company, I would produce several different playmats. This really would make a big difference to a child because it extends the usage of the city/accessories as you can create “different” worlds instead of just one.

My kids were given Plan Toys as birthday gifts and we all fell in love with them from that day. Now when my kids B-Day or X-Mas, or a special occasion comes up they are excited to know they will be receiving a gift from Plan Toys. As a parent, I can’t say enough good things about Plan Toys. Check out how many awards they have won! Of course they have the obvious ones, like the Parent’s Choice award and Best Toy of the Year by Parenting Magazine (I would hope so!), but look at all the awards from other countries, even Germany, which makes an impressive collection of wooden toys itself!

I’ve been having so much fun with the elevators on my son’s Plan City Garage, the toy is really helping improve his motor skills.

One thing I hate about most Christmas mornings is the need for tons of batteries to power up all the new toys. Plan Toys has a vast variety of products that require nothing but imagination, and I think my daughter would love that.

These toys would be perfect for the younger child. I have a 5 and 7 year old. There were a few toys that they liked, such as the penguin, doll house, bunny, and cool tricycle. I like that the toys are not made out of plastic.

I have been I HUGE fan of Plan Toys since my children were introduced to them by my sister. She gave them Plan Toys for their birthday and we have been hooked ever since. I love them because they are well made, durable, eco-friendly, and the best part is the kids love them, they play for hours and hours.

I absolutely LOVE Plan Toys! My sister introduced them to my family when she bought them for my children’s birthdays. They were a HUGE hit, the kids love them and play with them for hours at a time. They actually have a wish list made up of all of the Plan Toys they want for their next five birthdays, Christmas’, etc.
As a mother I can’t say enough good things about Plan Toys, they are well made, durable, provide hours of entertainment, eco-friendly, and the best thing is that the kids go crazy for them! The website is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, informative, and full of a wide variety of toys for all ages.

i love the fact that you can put together the chalot dollhouse in different ways. very few, if any, dollhouses are that customizable.

I love that there are so many different types of toys to choose from!

I like the games – especially the bug and cactus balancing games. I think my niece and nephew would really have fun with those.

The kitchen set refrigerator and stove look like they would bring years of joy. I can tell they are built to last. You can even make ice cubes.

There toys are safer and a better quality than many elsewhere.

I love how “green” this company is. Here is an example: Wood scraps and wood chips left over from manufacturing toys are burned as fuel for the kiln drying process instead of using chemical preservatives

My son is captivated his Plan City Toys, they are so colorful and wonderfully designed. He spends hours playing with the garage, as well as the airport. He also has the alligator and loves running up and down the hallway with it.

Their toys are actually attractive, and beautifully made. I guess I wouldn’t mind them scattered about all over the floor…. To win this would be such a relief for hubby, we didn’t have that great of a Christmas because of him worrying he will lose his job any day (auto industry in MI)…I know its not all about the gifts, but this prize would make him feel better about it! We have 4 crazy kiddies.

The more I read about Plan Toys the more I think they are really good people. So socially & environmentally responsible.

Thei tips on how to chose a toy are great! Too often I find yself buing tys because they are a good value and lok good, but I don’t really take the time to think of versatility and educational value–great advice for parents!

One of the fave toys in our house is just a plain block set. I cannot wait (should I be lucky enough) to fill up my home with these toys. The simpler, the better. Most toys today (I even noticed board games) are terribly made.

My good friend’s child has Cerebral Palsy, so I like their section on ‘Adaptive Toys for Children with Special Needs.’ They have developed toys that are specifically designed for children with Autism, CP or Visual Impairment. Okay, this speaks more to Plan Toys itself than their products, but here’s the story. A friend had one of the Plan Toys for her little one. The child got her finger stuck in a very freakish incident. There was no injury or anything, but she screamed and Mom went to take a look. She notified Plan Toys to alert them to the potential for injury — if the toy is just so and the child does just this. Plan Toys sent my friend a box with about $150 retail value of toys and has decided to discontinue production of the toy that prompted the phone call. Mind you, there is a very, very small possibility that the same would occur again. Here’s a company willing to take responsibility for their products in a way a larger company would not. All my infant/toddler/child toy gifts will be Plan Toys from here on in!

Love the Neo Classic Rocking horse–it reminds me of teh rocking horse that I had as a child. IT looks like a classic that can even be passed down to my son’s kids–which of course will be a very long time away!

Little kids can safely put these eco-friendly toys in their mouth because all of their dyes are water based or soy based, non-toxic color dyes. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this toy company is.

PlanToys celebrated Earth Day on April 22, 2008 by providing fun and games for children all over the United States! Earth Day kits were sent all over the country so that children could play our Balancing Cactus game and win some great prizes. Retailers were also invited to participate in the fun by creating an Earth Day themed window display. That would have been fun.

I like the Assorted Fruits and Vegetables set. We found a lone pear at a garage sale, and my son LOVES how it crunches when he pulls it apart. He puts it back together and pulls it apart over and over and over again, and giggles every time. I would love to get the complete set!

The train sets are great – so simple, but so much that they do!

I love how their toys are made from rubberwood, and not plastic. We had a small play kitchen made out of plastic, and the quality was terrible. When our basement flooded, it got ruined along with alot of other toys, but they weren’t “nice” things like at Plan Toys.

I love that the toys are safe for my kids and I don’t have to worry about lead paint and other worries when toys are made elsewhere.

Plan Toys is an amazing company that sets high standards – and I think meets them and which stresses punctual delivery, integrity, accountability and most of all – customer satisfaction.

The wooden trike looks like so much fun–it even develops balance, strength, leg muscles, and quick movement of the body. I also like how it promotes play outside, which is great in this era of video games and tv.

It seems like every section of toys I look at has the same awesome features – simple design, bright colors, encourages creative play – I love everything I’ve come across so far!

Plan Toys is really dedicated to being green. I’ve been trying to show my kids the green way to go, but toys never crossed my mind. It would be cool to have some of these great toys because you know, just telling them green toys are the way isn’t as good as actually having some wonderful green toys…

Toys made from the environment for the enviroment.

I love their bright and safe paint colors. It would be hard to decide what toys you wanted. It is also obvious their are no sharp edges and the wood is finished so their are no splinters for little fingers.

I know this is going to sound simplistic, but the colors on the toys are so well done. They are vibrant, stylish without being obnoxious.

The Doll Houses are truly unique, as are the Plan Toys dolls. The doll family sets are ideal for encouraging children to engage in role-playing and learning about different cultures and ethnic backgrounds.

the Woodpecker Walker looks like a lot of fun. i think my son would especially enjoy it because we have actual woodpeckers in our neighborhood trees!

Plan Toys’ kitchen furniture is awesome, the colours are great and neutral, and it looks very durable .

I love the cone toy. I have seen this toy in action and it is so cool – there are so many ways you can stack it, and it helps with colors as well. What a creative version of the traditional stacking toy!!

I love the Noah’s Ark set – I just recently explained the story of Noah to my five year old. Still smitten with everything they offer.

Plan Toys has a modern table and chairs set and it is really modern looking. The chairs look like they would be very comfortable to sit in. Its for ages 3 and up.

I love that these toys make a child use their imagination. They are not like the usual electronic toys currently on the market.
