I like the Recaro Young Sport Carseat and all the safety features of this wonderful product. All have a number one priority of safety, and I like that!

I love the saftey that Recaro is known for. The side impact protection is great. I love how it secures the childs head. I also love how the seat wraps around the child body to fully protect it. It is getting hard not to state what has already been commented on but I must say how impressed I am with their features, including the washable seats!! I learned the hard way that my old carseat wasn't washable... after he threw up all over it.

Recaro manufacturers really think about the child when creating a car seat. Their top priority is safety and comfort and they really do a good job with washable seats, side impact protection, sleep recline and such perks as ventilation and leg rests on some models.

The Recao site rocks ~ what an awesome layout. I love that they have visuals, I am a very visual shopper, which makes shopping online sometimes difficult ~ one pic doesn't cut it for me. They even show video demos! Their products seem to be very safe, which is surely the most important aspect.

I love the side impact protection that all of their seats offer. The company seems to have gone above and beyond when it comes to safety.

My favorite point about the Recaro Young Sport is that it goes from 20-80lbs and has a 59" height max! Awesome! This means keeping my toddler in the safest seat for the longest amount of time!

It follows recaros philosophy - Safety, ergonomics, design, comfort and quality. I really like the verntilation system and latch storage. With their safety features I really hope it's been discovered by the special need community.

Many carseats are ugly, either too commercial looking or has fabric that just doesn't fit our style. These seats are classic in color and would match any car interior. Safety and looks!! We need to get one!!

My DH is now drooling because I mentioned the word "Recardo" and he goes Oh I had some in my Jeep love them and what do you mean they make KID carseats...

Recaro has one of the best baby safety gear websites I have seen, very easy to maneuver, and lots of easy to read graphics instead of a lot of text to wade through. I love the easy to read chart showing which seats accommodate which weight range.

the five point harness is so important yet difficult to find in booster seats. Love this product!

Love that it transforms into a booster seat so you don't have to go out and buy yet another car seat!

After reviewing all the features of these car seats I feel guilty letting my child sit in our current car seat. I love all of the safety features and that the Young Sport turns into a booster when your child height increases...it's two seats in one! Comfort is actually very important, especially if your little ones don't like car rides to begin with.

I like the way they make it easy for you to decide which car seat is appropriate for your child.

I think I just found my favorite belt positioning booster! The Recaro Start, the first recaro childrens car seat has unbelievable features for the safest most comfortable ride. Besides for the standard recaro features (side impact, ultra padding, recline feature..) and typical good quality high back booster features (belt routing, latch ..) it has sound speakers in the headrest, shoulder width and backrest adjustments, cushion length adjustments and optional neck pillow. But, my favorite part of all, you can purchase a footrest!!! My son constantly complains on every car trip about pins and needles from his hanging legs and I haven't seen anything safety certified to help correct the problem. Recaro is awesome, they really think of everything.

What I love specifically about the 'young sport' is the height adjustment (our guy will need that!) and the fact that it changes from a 5-point harness to a booster. It's fantastic when companies make their products to grow and adapt to what you need, vs. parents having to buy something new for every stage of the childs development. Thank you so much for introducing us to this company. I have always been concerned about the safety in my "expensive" car seat. The Recaro Young Sport addresses every worry. I mean, Side Impact Protectio!?! Shouldnt' this be a must in all car seats?? The construction and durability, combined with an overarching eye to safety makes this seat completely dreamy.

RECARO Young Sport-its very cushy and has the 5 point harness system. The materials are superior for function, comfort and safety. My little guy is getting ready for a booster he's 19lbs :)

Ok first, how come I didn't know they made carseats?!?! Currently both my wee ones are in a top brand name carseat that is on the high end price wise because of the fact it has better safety reviews. However, they are lacking some features that I see the Recaro seats have. The SIP is very nice too see in a carseat. Before I had two wee ones I had the carseat in the middle of the backseat for as much SIP as "I" could give to my child; but now with two they are both seating right by the doors and I pray I never have to need SIP. i love the head rest on this carseat..my son falls asleep and his head is all over the place. what will i do when he grows out of the seat? the booster has no headrest and he just falls over and bangs his head on the window. poor kid.

I had no idea that other car seats didn't have side impact. I thought I had a good carseat (I'm sure it's the one we ALL thought was the best) clearly, it's not. After reading all about these, i'm now convinced. I love how clearly they describe their standards and what they provide for safety. This looks like a wonderful carseat.. WE desperately need a new one. I love all the safety features such as side impact and added padding for comfort especially the foot rest and neck padding for when the little guy falls asleep.. With the new law here that children up to age 8 have to sit in booster seats that feature is a bonus also. To top it off its easy to clean! That's a mother's god send.

I like the "wings" on the booster seats. The products look like they have put more thought into safety than ordinary brands.

The fact that they are committed to the racing circuit and keeping the drivers safe and that they put that knowledge into constructing a seat for children in the same venue is comforting.

My daughter could sure use this prize...We have an old car seat from my first daughter over seven years ago and it has been in use for my littlest one ever since. It is too small for her but at the moment we cant afford to purchase a new one for her. I fear her safty every time we have to take a trip somewhere...especially since the car we are using is borrowed (our car died many months ago and we have yet to save up the money to purchase a new one).

Oh I do love that the car seat is so easily washable, each peice coming off seperately to wash. It is such a major pain cleaning a car seat, which unfortunately has to be done way too often.

I love that the the Youth sport converts to a booster seat. I also like that the company puts safety first in their designs. Safety is my number one concern when seeking a car seat for my child. The EPS foam is great.

I like the idea of side impact. If it's important enough to put side airbags for me, the kid should have as much side protection?

I have a Recaro for my son and absolutely love it. I love how comfortable it is and especially the cushions around the head. Makes sleeping in a carseat so much more comfortable (from the looks of it anyways). I also love the safety features and truly believe it is a safe carseat for my children. My daughter is about to need a carseat and I had been looking into getting my son the youngsport and giving my daughter the Recaro Signo. This would be awesome to win!!!

The weight capacity is great, even higher than Britax . The thing I like most though is the energy absorbing head wings of the Recaro. It's weird, I know she can't hurt herself, but when my daughter is being silly she whacks her head from side to side so hard that I'm afraid she'll give herself a concussion. In the Britax there's no padding. She laughs at my face, but I'd like the wings just to be sure.

New to me - but love the features. I'll be looking into the safety performance of these seats…

I love all of the safety features & the technology behind all of their safety seats. But my favorite thing is the optional footrest! I've always wondered why kids had to let their feet dangle from the car seat! This is a great invention! I hope I win so I can order the footrest to go with it!

Child Safety Seats inspired by Big Time Racing Experience is such an important issue.

The car seats seem to be very safe and the company appears to take that very seriously, They seem to go beyond what is required and care that their seats are the best they can be.

I think it's so neat that Recaro was originally a body factory for luxury cars. I like that the Young Sport has a sleeping position and that it can hold up to 80 lbs. This seat was meant to grow with your child which is so much nicer than having to buy a new seat for every growth stage.

That looks like a wonderful carseat. Stylish and safe!

The fact that the car seat can change into a booster and hold up to 80 lbs. is HUGE! My kids have always outgrown their carseats so quickly so I like it when they take those heavy kids into effect!

The side wings are the best! And they won't let the little guys' heads flop around when they are sleeping. I have touched the fabric on these and they are so soft.

After doing much research I must say I am really impressed with the Recaro car seats. I mean if race car drivers trust them for safety we definately could. The recaro young sport is an excellent choice in toddler car seats and I'm sure their other models are top in safety features. I love the EPS foam and deep side wings, something that should be a must in all car seats. I don't like leaning against hard plastic and a child shouldn't have to either. My son would love that it's comfortable to fall asleep in with the deep side wings and the sleep recline- no bopping heads for him! It's really hard to squish a 3 year old into a car seat that is padded enough for a 12 month old, but with the removable cushions everyone can be comfortable. I really like that you can remove the harness and convert it to a booster up to 80lbs! Oh, and as a car seat it can be used in an aircraft and with the carry handle it isn't too hard to shlep around the airport! I downloaded the manual to check if I could adjust the shoulder height from the front instead of uninstalling it from the car to adjust, but unfortunately it can't. Well, with all the pluses it definately outweighs that and it's definately a car seat I would recommend (I did already, check out Michelle's comment!)

ever since I heard about the recaro I wanted to get one for my son with special needs. he has a trach and a g-tube and I'm looking for the best quality car seat for him once he outgrows his infant one. The side impact is crucial for his safety ,and the great head support is necessary for him because he doesnt have good head control and I dont see any car seat out there with such good head support! and lastly if its made safe enough for race car drivers I am sure it will be great for my son.

the commitment to safety is very evident in this company- I looked at the safety button on their websites and think it's very innovative to model it after the latest racing safety technology.

I love Recaro. I recommend their seats to everyone. The Signo and Como give the highest harnessed weight limit available in the US! Solid, sturdy seats built for safety. I sure would love to win one of these!

We have one of these for our daughter - first rate seat! Recaro definitely makes the best car seats you can buy. We sure would love to win this for our son for when he outgrows his current seat!!

Obviously, I love their SIP and safety standards. The stat on their site was a bit scary: 1 in 4 accidents resulting in the injury or death of a child are caused by side impact collisions. With so many issues to consider in purchasing child toys, furniture, necessities... it's nice to find brands you know will be of the highest quality and safety, leaving you to only consider your favorite color! :)

Nice looking seat Most important The materials in this car seat are subjected to stringent test procedures and are tested for pollution, color fastness and most important, sitting comfort.

I love these carseats. My family does a lot of travelling so a great carseat is a must for us. They look so comfortable, a plus for our little princess. She will be safe and comfy, GREAT!

What a great site, the best part by far is the fact that they have everything in regards to the carseats fully explained. Its hard enough being a new parent, but sometimes baby items can be really hard to understand, especially when sleep deprived.
