My Current Obsession… Lemon Loves Lime
How many mothers out there have little girls that you simply adore dressing in the MOST exquisite, fantastic and extraordinary little outfits available??? Okay, I know that I am not the only one. I have my favorites and I will admit, they are almost always French. Ooh la la!!! Well Lemon Loves Lime is bringing me back to this side of the pond and I am LOVING it! Their designs are incredibly unique and there is absolute poetry in every piece! Just read the ‘About Us’ page on lemonloveslime.com and you will understand what I mean. Each piece comes from complete inspiration and it’s so evident in the adorable design and unmistakable quality. The handmade sweaters are from their new Spring 2008 collection and they are true heirlooms! If you call or email the company and ask very nicely I am sure that you can place early orders before they even hit the stores! They are sure to sell out so I would go this route. The Patch Pocket Pants, Crochet Scallop Tees and GORGEOUS line of silk twirly skirts are just to die for, and the fall/winter 2007 collection is super cute too! I know that it is hard to see the real detail of this line in the photos, but be creative and imagine decorating your daughter instead of dressing her! Cute as a cupcake!
We especially love the Peasant Dress and the Peter Pan Collar Cardigan from the Fall/Winter 2007 collection! Everything is lovingly hand-dyed, giving each piece a rich look that is truly unique.
